On one occasion, a driver received a free drink from an Indian staff member while waiting for an order. During dinner hours, the dining room is often empty, but the cleanliness of the tables can vary. The food, such as chicken, comes out hot and crispy, and the wait time is reasonable, with some orders being served as fast as 30 seconds. Customers appreciate the polite and helpful service received from the staff, including at the drive-thru.
