Went here tonight to celebrate our 8 year anniversary it was our first time going , I was so excited. Unfortunately the food was very sub par , nothing to write home about, Unfortunately the server and owner did not like this and kept pressing to know why we didn't like the food and even after paying a 150 dollar bill plus tip for food we barely touched our server continued to be rude by saying " I'm sorry your didn't like the food , I'm completely shocked" i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and so saddened that cosmos closed as they have 1000% better food and prices.

We went to Koutouki to celebrate our engagement. We ordered ribs and unfortunately I did not know they would have souvlaki type seasoning so I could not eat them due to a food allergy.
The waitress never came to check on the meal, nor did she question when they were untouched just asked if we wanted a box. I then asked if I could order something else that did not have the same seasoning, we waited 20 minutes and were handed a to go box. when I opened the to-go box to have my dinner in the truck (very romantic I know !) I realized the chicken was also covered in the same seasoning which I also can't eat. For 158.00 for a meal for two and to have to stop somewhere to get something else to eat is absolutely despicable. I've never had anything but good experiences at your restaurant which is why I chose it for our engagement dinner. I am just so upset by the lack of service.

I got the feast with a friend and I was starving after. Barely any tzatziki and the meat was undercooked the cost is $50 each person and I told the owner lady that I was still hungry after and she didn't offer anything like more pita or rice like how cheap is she taking all our money and giving us barely anything in return. Why call it a feast when it's more like a bird pecking meal

It is a nice atmosphere but quite underwhelming for the price. We paid $90 before tip for some dips with pitas, mousaka and a vegetarian dish. The vegeterian dish was $32 for some pan fried vegetables with tomatoes, quite boring and expensive for what it was. The mousaka was decent but for $36 also kinda underwhelming. Wouldn't go here again, especially considering the price.
Vegetarian options: No good vegeterian options.

The manager who runs this place is going to make it loose customers, I didn’t get her name but she had An accent and wow was she a rude person, I called simply to ask if the to go Taziki container's got smaller because I order from here often, and she called me a lair, that if I actually ate here often I would know just so hostile. I will never eat here again because of that, I couldn’t believe it, she even went as far as to tell me I couldn’t afford to buy extra.. I ordered 150 bucks of food lol I would go to cosmos across the street they have as good or better food and they treat you 100x better. Very disappointing I have been eating here for 15 plus years.

I was there with my girlfriend's the other night. I wasn't particularly satisfied with how much my bill came out too I had the lamb combo the meat wasn't very tasty it tasted very waxy.the rice n the veggies were OK n the potatoes didn't taste very fresh.overall I wasn't pleased with the food I have been to this location many times.but this time it wasn't a good experience.the server was very nice.and sweet.no complains with customer service.just the food wasn't worth a $100.00 i very had better food at Opa n also at Jimmy the Greek! Will NOT RECOMMEND! 😡

Good for the experience. The bellydancer was fantastic and interactive. Food is a bit overpriced but worth it if you come with an appetite. The food comes to the table in a timed fashion. The struggle was to get the waitress' attention when we needed our order corrected, or needed the bill, or order dessert.

The food was decent but a little bland. The potatoes were my favourite part of the meal. The customer service wasnt so great. Not one person in that place was welcoming or even smiled at us. As it was our first time eating there, the menu and the way portions were set was just a little confusing. When I asked our waitress for advice on what to order or what the portion sizes were she just kind of looked at me like she thought I was stupid for not knowing. They didn’t ask us how the meal was or anything. I’m not a picky person and as someone who works customer service myself, I’m aware of the difficulty of the job but if you’re having such a bad day that you can’t kindly greet a table, maybe just stay home from work. Honestly my entire family felt uncomfortable and unwelcome by the staff. I think it actually ruined the meal for us too. We absolutely will not be back. Just a huge disappointment because there’s so many good reviews. It’s possible that it was just a one off, but it’s hard to go back to a place where we were made to feel so unwelcome.

Excellent service, meal, and ambiance. We went on a Saturday night and there was a belly dancer for a short time. Authentic and good portions. We will return.
Dinner was amazing, It has been a long time since dining here and I forgot how delicious everything is. Our wait staff was just lovely. She had great recommendations. Looking forward to our next visit and will not wait as long
