Revised edit, bumped up a couple of stars. I have been receiving very good customer service! And they are not insanely busy as when they first opened making it more enjoyable to visit. Minus one star because donuts are bad for your health and still just not my favourite donut.
I want to like them but I just don't like their donuts. Plus it's so busy it turns me off visiting. Early mornings are quiet though. Coffee is alright. Cheaper the more you buy so good if you need to get lots. Staff were nice. Building clean. 2.5/5

Had quite a lineup but it was a relatively quick wait it only took a few minutes to get my order in. There was plenty of staff and the coffee and donuts were all exceptional

Always thought Krispy Kreme only had regular glazed donuts. To my surprise they have a wide variety of filled as well. If you are looking for something to take to a Pot Luck, this is a hit.

I recently tried Krispy Kreme for the first time. I actually thought it was a lot of hype but will admit they actually have a pretty good donut. Far better than Tim Hortons, I haven't had a Tim Hortons donut in years they are disgusting. But they are not as good as Sherwood Park Bakery. They are indeed worth stopping in for. My only complaint was there coffee was wretched. It's too bad because I really do enjoy a coffee with my donut. There glazed is still my favorite

Amazing!!!!! There's a giant donut outside that our kids absolutely were thrilled to sit on and had to have pictures with. As we entered, we were greeted warmly and my 3 kids were given paper Krispy Kreme hats. Again, they were thrilled. We ordered a dozen donuts, left with 2 dozen for about $30! Each flavor was soo fresh and tasted incredible! We've since made a trip across the city almost every 2 or 3 weeks. I can't say enough positive things about Krispy Kreme.

Stopped by Krispy Kreme - West Edmonton Mall and it delivered exactly what you hope for 🍩. The Original Glazed was warm, fresh, and melt-in-your-mouth — light, airy, and not too sweet. Specialty donuts were also fresh with a great filling-to-dough ratio. Service was fast and friendly, even with a line 👍. The store was clean, well-stocked, and organized. Simple comfort food done right. Definitely coming back 😊
I was with my son, and while we were in line, a staff member treated him to a donut, which really cheered him up. The staff were so kind, but I wish the donuts were less sweet.
