“I am not the one to leave reviews or ratings. In fact I cannot recall ever having formally done so in the past. I will make an exception here however. I can honestly state that I just enjoyed probably the best experience in taste ever at a dining establishment. I enjoyed the Ahi Tuna Twists for a starter, along with the Irving Bacon Wrapped Bison Striploin as a main dish. I am not going to try and describe the taste or quality, as this surpassed all my expectations. Coupled with a soothing atmosphere and wonderfully professional and welcoming staff, Nineteen XIX in St Albert provides a wonderful escape to a delightful experience.“

“This was an incredible dining experience. The food was perfect and I could eat all of it! I have celiac disease and am very sensitive to cross contamination. I stopped eating out at restaurants years ago after constantly getting sick from gluten friendly food. The first taste of this fabulous food was the bucket of fried chicken we ordered for take-out. When my friend and I came to pick it up I asked again for reassurance that everything was gluten free. The hostess assured me it was. She also told me that every Saturday night there is a gluten free buffet where everything is gluten free and made in house right down to the croutons. Last night we took my adopted Dad out for his 75th birthday. He is French and he loved all of it including the beautiful decor and artwork. He also loved this I could eat all of it. Highly recommend and the gluten free is just a bonus for those who require it. I guarantee the majority of patrons have no idea that it is gluten free, because you cannot tell that it is! Love the Royal Coach dining room, and from the bottom of my heart I say thank-you for a restaurant I look forward to enjoying many times in the future. You have opened up a culinary experience for me that I gave up on years ago. Thank-you.“

Cocktails and craft beers are top notch, and the bartenders know how to mix a classic old fashioned just as well as a creative seasonal special... “Not really one for reviews. But this place has become my new favorite spot. Me and the ol lady absolutely love this place. Big shout out to MICHELLE. But no all of the girls that work there are unmatched. When inside you kind of forget that you on the corner of 118th ave and 97th st. Oh, and I forgot to mention, it's the cheapest wing night in this city. $6 for a pound of wings. You can't go wrong. I definitely recommend stopping in. I may be there.“

“I had the chance to attend a pre-opening event at Aura The Cocktail Bar, and honestly, what an incredible experience! The vibe of the place is something special—elegant but still cozy, with a really cool energy that made it feel like the place to be.

The cocktails were on point, but what really surprised me was the food—especially the chicken. I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by it, but it was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Definitely a highlight of the night. The staff was welcoming and seemed genuinely excited to be part of something new, which made the whole evening feel even better.

If this is just the beginning, I can’t wait to come back again. Aura is definitely going to be a new favourite spot in the city.“

“All the staff at this hotel greeted you with happy, friendly smiles. I stayed for a couple of days and some even knew my face, it was so pleasant. The décor and royal colours made me feel so calm in the hallways, and the outdoor spaces. The staff and the building really generated a very classy atmosphere that I know everyone would love. “Always a solid choice. I’ve been here several times now for business lunches, dinners with family, and just casual drinks and it’s consistently good. Stopped in the other night with my colleague for a drink. Rose was looking after us, as she has before, and she was excellent as usual. The bartender with the bow in her hair (didn’t catch her name) mixed us a couple of margaritas that were spot on. Normally I go for their happy hour wine special, but we switched it up this time and I’m glad we did. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend.“

“This was to be a get-together of two friends, but my friend had an emergency. Thanks to the lovely server, I was convinced to stay and treat myself to a lunch. I had the potstickers and fries - an unusual combination, but a perfect lunch. After finishing the lunch, the server convinced me to have a small brownie - another treat. The food was excellent, and I was so glad that I stayed.“

“My favorite go to when I’m in the city. This place has been my home away from home for a few years! Jenn has always made me feel welcome. Actually I give kudos to all the staff who work at FLH. As there’s been some sketchy people who have come by and the staff has always dealt accordingly. From experience I must say I love this place. The best cocktails served by some upscale servers. Those of us who have become regulars do so because we enjoy quality service :)“

“Went for the Kingpin Bowling for an hour with the family. 2 adults and 3 kids under 12. The bowling itself was a lot of fun! The shorter lane, light bowling balls and short lane's made it a better experience for the kids that they really enjoyed. What the adults didn't enjoy was being made to feel like we were being an inconvenience by the staff for being there. Our timeslot was 12:00pm to 1:00pm (reserved online) and when we arrived at 11:50am to get setup, we were treated rudely and made to feel like we were being a inconvenience for being there. We went downstairs to the mall for 10 min and when we came back at exactly 12:00pm, there was a lineup and we weren't able to start bowling until 12:15pm. All in all, go for the bowling, not for the customer service.“

“This has been one of my favourite restaurants for a long time. Dinning in is always wonderful, but anytime I order delivery this is always my top choice. I already have them a great review on Google, but once again the management team never disappoints! From time to time people make mistakes, that’s life. But when the restaurant goes above and beyond to make it right is a fading thing it seems, but not with JOEY mayfield common!! Twice now the management team has corrected the mistakes and offered great compensation for so. Like one of my favourite things when I order is that they throw in a free brownie. They missed it this one time and I called and she corrected on my next order. Thank you sooo much, the brownies are to die for 😍… you definitely hooked me up on this order too. Made me giggle 🤭. “We went to the restaurant because were heard the Indian food was excellent. Our group sampled seven dishes and unanimously agreed that it was fantastic. The layers of flavours with the different spice combinations were incredible. The in-house made naan is out of this world. Harprit was a wonderful host, taking the time to explain to us what we were eating and it’s origin. Not something he likely does with everyone but was interesting to learn. Our server was also great. I’m a foodie, and a decent cook, and must say was very impressed with tonight’s dinner. Thanks again Harp!“

“My time spent at Dockside pub and Grill has been among the best and most personally enlightening times of my entire life. Friendships and bonds were made that can never be broken and I learned a heap of information about both myself and how people actually feel about me. All I can say is, not necessarily in order, that Dockside's Commodore, ship's and fleet's commander, is a hard but fair man, and I will cherish the great times and mourn sorrows for years to come over tears and joy shared and to be shared. Staff, they come, they go, but all leave either their mark or mistakes, myself included. If I were susceptible to dementia, I do not believe, for a minute, that I would forget the lessons or the heartbreak or joy felt and learned during my tenure at this awesome, place where we welcomed everyone that could behave appropriately in society, and some that needed a little guidance, too. hahahaha!! I guess that Dockside will always be a place that the yard arms and cannons will always favor those out to either have a good time or encourage light in expression of great music, great food, great fields for growing relationships and, alas, ending them. Thank you, Dockside Pub and Grill, for both the best and informative years of my life. To Dockside staff, to those of you that know and love me for who I am, I am grateful, and love is returned.to those, just the same. To those that simply aren't Dockside material, maybe you should find a new vocation, perhaps in a trade such as wiring and fixing stator and rotors: Not mentioning any names or their approximate, spotty, unattractive, frozen veggies IQ boyfriend. Anyways, If I never were a part of this completely underrated, horribly underestimated, beautifully, and surprisingly inclusive gem of a place to feel welcomed, I feel that I could only say that if I am away from home, Dockside Pub and Grill is where I find comfort. “I highly recommend this location! We had the best dining experience last time in Edmonton- Ellersie location. It was outstanding with everything made to perfection. We don’t often get the opportunity to visit Edmonton and plan to book with a couple friends for our next trip there but we are wondering if the menu still offers oysters? Also the ribeye- menu only shows a 32 oz. A smaller size around 16 oz or so was offered last time on menu Is this an option now? Thanks again- can’t wait to dine there again in a few weeks!“

“Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. We were close to west edmonton mall and many restaurants which is what we wanted. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room as we had leftovers from 1 meal that could have been reheated.“

I get lost in the lights and bottle service with luxury booths that scream vip. illusion lounge is definitely a illusion. definitely my go to spot in the city for any event and weekend shenanigans“
