Seemed ok but they should check if you are staying as they gave to go containers instead of a mug and plate. When they transferred to a mug they didn’t bother to top it up or apologize for their mistake.

I Very Respectfully Appreciate The Service, Staff Are Very Amazing. Also Love The Iced Mochas As Well As The Pasties Lui-Chi's Has. It's A Very Excellent Place in Phipps-Mckinnon Building in The Downtown Area. In Fact, The Lui-Chi's Coffee Stand At Stantec Tower On The Main Floor in Ice District is An Excellent Location On The Main Floor in The Lobby of Stantec Tower in the Ice District. Very Pleased To Say I Very respectively Appreciate The Excellent Customer Service Monty Does Always Great, Also Look Forward On Getting An Iced Mocha On My Way To Work As Well As On My Way To Put in Extra Bowling Practices in Between My Schedule. I Also Hope My Mom Will Get A Coffee There Sometime, as well. Also Look Forward On Trying One of The Sandwiches For Lunch Sometime!!!!
Beautiful coffee shop, but sadly the cappuccino I got didn’t taste great at all. Probably just had bad luck, I really like the interior.
Passing by Lui-Chi's for the first time, the decorations and live plant walls caught my eye, and left me no choice but to see what it's all about. The interior is gorgeous; A Marble and concrete space lined with local art and two massive live botanical walls, and in the center of it all, a well decorated Café of wood and leather reminiscent of the early 1900s, High-quality espresso machines, a multitude of special tea to choose from, and hand roasted beans. The two people working the store, Zohar and Hayden, were fantastic to deal with. The two of them worked efficiently, delivering delicious coffee and freshly homemade pastries by Chef Z, all while maintaining a warm, friendly, and welcoming service. For the service provided there is just no way they will ever be paid enough for how much they add to the Café. Invaluable! I will definitely be a returning customer, and I give a warm thanks to them both.
Great latte, friendly staff. Will be back.
Staff are amazing, coffee is great, and the best dang sandwich I’ve had in a long time.

The staff are great. I work downtown and popped in for what turned out to be the best sandwich I’d put into my mouth from a cafe in a long time. I went with the favourite of the person who served me and it did not disappoint. It was so good I went back today. I look forward to trying more from this place.
Great coffe, but no vegetarian options for food.
Love this little cafe! The coffee is good and I absolutely love the chihuahua pictures. I was told they are the owners rescues. New to working in Downtown so I’m happy I found this gem! The only recommendation I have is to maybe have some gluten free pastries 😊.
I’m sure the coffee is great but it’s the 3rd time now where I’ve come and there is no one working (likely on break) which makes me sad!
Great coffee great conversation ?
Some energy highly recommend ?
