So I ordered a marble slab ice cream cake for my son's birthday, I sent a picture stating, I want the cake like this one.. when you say like this one, I expect to get the same as the one that I sent, including the same color. But verey dissapointed.. They gave me a color pick cake instead of green. 4 small ice creams are $25 - ish. I know this. I love their ice cream. Stopped at this location instead of our regular Spruce Grove location. Used the AMA card discount but then they wouldn’t stamp my loyalty card. I was told the manager doesn’t want the staff to stamp the loyalty card if AMA discount is used. 🤔 Lame.
FYI at this location you have to tell them how to do their job. I normally hate complaining about petty stuff. But after the lady at this location stood there arguing with me how it’s the customer job to remind them how much to charge a consumer. They have advertisements all over for their $5 milkshakes but they charge you regular price.
