Good staff, ice cream was really runny and Lisa was busy on the checkout computer for 5 minutes before she cashed us out. Didn't look up to acknowledge us or anything, a staff member had to tell her to wrap it up so we could leave...

First time visiting this location ever since having it so many years ago. Got a small size ice cream cone ($7.99) brownie chocolate cake flavor. For a small, the serving size seemed like a lot and was a tasty dessert. It wasn’t busy, but customer service was super friendly. Will visit again!

Kid loves it. Lots of flavours! No table seating, just benches.

Lisa was wonderful. I've never had someone so accommodating and eager to fill my custom order. She responded to my text messages in a timely manner and was so polite and patient with me. My siblings and I are making this our new birthday tradition.
Thank you so much Lisa, we are all truly grateful for the beautiful and delicious cake you made for us. ☺️

Absolutely terrible.
We ordered in the app. The order was not even started when we got there. The ice cream flavors and "mix-ins" that we had ordered were not available. We had to wait in line and tell the associate what we ordered and come up with substitutions. The associate outright told us that the manager recieves the orders but doesn't tell the store when they are recieved.
On top of this, our ice cream was served at a thin milkshake consistency. The associate had to put most of it in a cup on the side.
The coupon we used in the app "buy one, get one" only allowed for a $5 discount, which is not the $9 price tag attached to a regular cone. Will not be returning to this location, or any other.

I don't know what's up with the Manager but she was yelling at the kids that work there and had a very crabby look on her face while we were there. Hard to do your job when she is standing there waiting for staff to make a mistake. Very unprofessional, she should not be managing people as she clearly does not know how to. As a customer it was very uncomfortable, I really hope someone has reported her to the Alberta Labour Board.

Really nice ice cream, huge portion. But it gets all over the place. Will be a messy delight!

Short staffed to handle too may customers on a Saturday. So the marble slab effect was a little sloppy.

The offer on the app is not clear, I went to the store, and was told they said there is no way to apply the discount, and that I have order via the app. Not happy with all this.

Always love coming here for our favorite ice cream. Actually sat down today inside to eat our ice cream and the door opened all by itself. I wonder if this building has a ghostie. It is not an automatic door and the wind could not have been strong enough as the door was closed. There was a lineup too and nobody noticed. Was a crazy moment for sure haha.

Terrible service. Terrible amount for pricing. False advertising in store. All the pictures show ice cream cones with icecream piled 1 good scoop over the cone. But lady weighs all servings of 1 tiny scoop, and then puts the ice cream in the cones which is barely any ice cream at all. You're paying 10$ for just a free sample size amount of ice cream. The cooling trays weren't set to the right temperature. Trays were mislabeled. If you say anything, the lady might give you another tiny scoop without charging you. The small cone and regular cones are practically the same size.
Overall, I felt like they are nothing more than a scam. I can purchase the same flavours at certain retail stores and get way more for less than this place charges. Avoid like the plague.
