Ok what exactly has happened to this location it used to to great. Went in tonight to get ice cream with the wife. As he was mixing her order I noticed a strand of hair in the mix. When he noticed it he simply pulled the very long strand of hair out and continued mixing. I told him to stop and get my wife a new scoop and then he looked at as if questioning why and I told him you just pulled a hair out of the scoop, throw it out and mix another please. At least he did but seemed as if there was nothing wrong. Then went to pau and the lady seemed annoyed that I didn't tip. Well duh..... so being from the food industry here is what I noticed. Staff with long hair no hats or hair nets at ALL. One staff member running her hands through her hair and not washing them. Staff not wearing gloves. Their shirts covered with hair as well. And the cone was stale. DOES THIS PLACE NO LONGER PRACTICE SAFE FOOD HANDELING...most likely will not be back until I see a change in behavior and safe food handling practices. Very gross guys do better.

I recently visited this Marble Slab location with family for the first time, we visit marble slab frequently but unfortunately, my experience at this location was very disappointing. Here are a few key issues we encountered:

1. Unwelcoming Service: The staff did not seem friendly or inviting. I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer during my visit.

2. Lack of Testers: One of the joys of visiting an ice cream shop is sampling flavors before making a decision. Unfortunately, they did not have any testers sticks, which made it difficult to choose.

3. Knowledge of Flavors: When I inquired about the Taro and some other flavors, the staff seemed unaware of what it was. This lack of knowledge was surprising and unhelpful.

4. Improperly Wrapped Cones: The cones we received were not wrapped properly and began dripping immediately. It made a messy and unpleasant experience.

5. Discount Voucher Issues: We had a voucher that we were excited to use, but we were informed that our specific location does not accept it. This was disappointing and felt misleading.

Overall, my experience at this Marble Slab location fell short in several areas. I hope they can address these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future. We certainly won't visit this location again.

Went with the bros on a scorching weekend evening, all sixty of us ordered and were served quickly. We were served with kindness, within such an affable atmosphere. Me and the bros WILL be returning on another searing evening out.

My girlfriend and I went to this beautiful marble slab the other night. We met a friendly worker by the name of Marcus. He politely asked us how our day was and was a complete vibe! 10/10 must try again!

Dropped by with a couple of friends on a hot day. The place was very busy and the first thing you noticed was how tired the girls looked. Anyways, I wanted pistachio and blue raspberry while my friends got the peanut butter, maple, and chocolate banana. They didn't have pistachio (boohoo 😢, I guess they soldout?). What's worse is they got me blueberry instead of blue raspberry 🤦! Though she did apologize and gave me the right order after. She and the rest of the young staff are definitely overworked, and I'm pretty sure whoever's managing them needs to do a better job with managing their shifts and break schedules.

Now as for the ice cream itself, it was mid, very mid. Not the worse, but definitely had better. One of my friends couldn't finish his (peanut butter one), and he loves ice cream (and peanut butter).

I’ve come here before and it was fine but today was different, I was confused at first thinking the store was closing soon but no it closes at 9 per usual and the two girls behind the counter both have their headphones on completely ignoring everyone coming in. While seems like a new guy is running around trying to help everyone who comes in by himself, no greeting as we waited almost 10 min all while the two girls just stand and stare doing what it looks like closing duties

Looks like everyone who visited this location had same issue. Walked in to grab a cake or brownie and there was a teenage girl working there and straight ignored us after asking her if they have any cake and rolled her eyes and looked so irritated and careless. Will never ever go there and suggest everyone to avoid going there. Working doesn’t need ur attitude to customers. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Got an ice cream cake, expected it to be..well an ice cream CAKE, you know, layers...cookie filling...a typical ice cream cake. It was just a slab of ice cream. $50 For a slab!!! Could have just bought a pint of ice cream for a fraction of the price. Super disappointed, not worth it at all.

Went to this location Sat evening, June 21st, there was about five teenage girls hanging out behind the counter. The girl that helped me (shoulder length dirty blonde hair) was not friendly & seemed irritated by the one question I asked her. She just kept repeating the same thing that I clearly wasn't understanding! Maybe it was the loud music and talking that threw me off. Over all it was not a pleasant experience and I won't be back.. Looking at other reviews tells me this is a reaccuring issue!

I love supporting this location but unfortunately had a bad experience recently that left an impression on me with a young associate spending more time talking with her two visiting friends than acknowledging myself as a customer. I wasn’t greeted nor treated as if my time had any value, in fact, I was stared at as if I was interrupting. After about 5-10min of no action or response, I had asked the girls if they were able to assist my order or not after which they were kind enough to proceed with my order.

Hoping that this can be a learning lesson as some prior reviews suggest a similar experience.

The store was busy, as you’d expect on a 30 degree night. 4 Young girls were working diligently to get through the orders. Manager comes in stands in their working area and proceeds to video the line. She then grabs a girl to show her how to send a photo, instead of helping the busy line of customers mid service. .After one of the girls is working the till trying to clarify the order to which the manager then rudely interrupts her as she is clarifying a customers order and tells her to reconfirm everything to get it right, which she was already. She then proceeds to interrupt the 3 other staff, also helping customers mid service and tells the same. She was rude, she was abrupt and you can see the poor girls are embarrassed and being shamed and trying to do the best job they can.

To the manager or owner, you didn’t help them, you embarrassed them. You didn’t train them, you scolded them. Lead by example.
I’m sure this may be their first jobs and your leadership tonight was shameful.

Great job girls keep up the good work it did not go unnoticed!!!

Went to Marble Slab for the first time today with a group of friends—there were about eight of us. Walking in, I could already tell the girls working were busy and rushing. When we went up to order, we had three girls helping us. One of them was okay, but the one with the ponytail and long nose/face was giving us the biggest attitude ever.
Mind you, it was clearly our first time there, and we were with friends who had never been to Marble Slab before, so we were a bit all over the place trying to get everyone’s order right. We finally got our orders in, but some of us started changing whether we wanted a cup or cone. When I told the dirty blonde girl about changing one of the orders, she glared at me and said, “I’m not the one serving you.” Like, how was I supposed to know that when all three of them were asking me about our orders at the same time?
At first, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt—maybe it was just her tone or facial expression—but I could tell she had a nasty attitude. The other two girls were totally fine and had no problem helping us out when we made changes.
After we ordered, we all left, but I went back in to grab a spoon. I asked the same girl for one, and she didn’t say a word—just glared at me while handing it over. Honestly, it’s crazy to work in food service and act like that. No one was rude or bothering her. She just needs to fix her attitude.
