I went to drive through. I got beef patty without onion and they put onion. I got chicken nuggets 6 pack meal and I asked for pickles sauce and they didn’t put in the bag. Even they confirm order twice and they didn’t get it right. :)

All the food was good, order was correct. They did not use their order screen tv at all. Out of 4 staff actively handling food only 1 of them was wearing gloves, the others were handling food WITH THEIR BARE HANDS!

Good thing we had enough time because the wait was longer than expected, not the wait in line but just waiting for the coffee and muffin, a new customer came in and was served his coffee n sat down before I got my order, made no sense.

I ordered spicy mc veggie, and this is what they give me, very less sauce and burger was very dry. Manager says this is normal, in picture what they advertise I can see the sauce is covering the bread and lot more lettuce. I have tried the same burger at 34ave and parson rd and I loved it so I decided to eat again but this is very low quality. As you see there is 50% area without sauce
Tried to redeem points and the App sent order to wrong location. Staff instead of helping me just said “I did it wrong “ I did nothing wrong except use stupid app that didn’t work ! Why I have no idea! Staff couldn’t help just say “ sorry “ But not fix the problem!!!
