Love their new Ice cream

This morning in the drive thru, the employees had to deal with such a horribly rude person who went off on each employee trying to help her. They handled it very well and tried to be as helpful as possible but the woman was just miserable. I really hope the horrible customer didn’t ruin their day and that they get recognition for handling it so well before 7:30am!

Overall this is a typical McDonald's. Quality of food is what you would expect. Service is what you typically expect too. Staff are typically always very friendly and I've never had an issue with any of the staff either.

My issue with this McDonald's and all of them in general is this...

They are pushed to meet unreasonable numbers for their drive-thru times. But why am I posting this review tonight? Glad you asked!

We ordered through the app. Went up and spoke to them and that all went smoothly. The lady who spoke to was very nice. We went past the first window like always since it's a mobile order. We arrived at the second window to get our food. They hand over our drinks quickly with straws and then turn around and close their window. Moments later the lady who gave us our drinks asks us to pull to the next window. And this is where the issue starts.... If you've been to a McDonald's...you understand. That dumb window a little further down so they can mark us as "finished" and get their times lower and push more customers through (thank you Corporate over-lords!). Most times this isn't an issue. But this particular night we ran into the exact reason why this is horrible for the customer and I feel REALLY bad for the guy who had to come up to our window and ask us this question...which should never have to be asked. He came to our window and was VERY nice about it and asked us... "Umm...no one knows what your order is and no one has sent anyone to this window...." I was shocked. I couldn't even speak. My wife next to me piped up and said "What do you mean?!" He asked us what our order was and he'll find it for us. We told him our order. He walked away and moments later someone showed up with our order. We checked it and it was correct and drove away.

This is what is wrong with McDonald's (and a lot of businesses) today. Having low numbers for service time-frames mean significantly more than their actual customers or their customers experience and satisfaction. Why do I say this? My wife worked at McDonald's when she was younger and that's how they were with her. I'm sure almost all McDonald's staff feel the same but if you say anything against it to management...you better find a new job.

Mcmuffin was burnt around the edges, had to remove crust so I wouldn't cut my mouth. No greeting or thank you from staff- not really their fault, as they are expected to prioritize drive-thru. My order was set on the counter as I walked in the door, and the server was gone before I even got there. McD's has gotten so impersonal, they might as well automate the whole thing into a giant vending machine.

This was extremely disappointing. The server did not listen, had no clue what she was doing. We asked for a vanilla chai frappe medium. She asked if we want icecream or coffee in it like what. Once we got to the window she put it in as a small. Like this is horrible service. She originally asked if I wanted a French vanilla iced coffee. That's not what I said to start with. This McDonald's needs to train employees a lot better.

went there at 7:30 at a thursday morning. It took them 15 minutes to make 4 items. 2 of them being hash browns. They didn't even offer some sort of apology or compensation for the lost time. what a joke.

Staff are great mixed up order again but did make it right when I went back In.
Disappointed they thru the food in the garbage get it, but why not give it to me and I could have found a use or given it to home less?

Toilet paper zero. With hand towels you had a backup but with all the hand dryers you don’t have that to fall back on.
