This McDonald's is a small outlet located in the busy food court of West Edmonton Mall. Despite the long queue (which is expected at a place like WEM), the service was impressively fast and efficient. A very small McDonald's for this mall. If you want to order, I suggest using the app as the line can get long. The staff does the best they can to keep up, but it is very compact, and no more than 3 staff can fit at the front counter. The food is still typical McDonald's, and the quality is okay , there just may be a wait.
Just wanted nuggets, fries and a drink. I got my nuggets and asked for a root beer and ketchup but instead got sprite and sweet and sour sauce. The only McDonald’s in the mall but the rest of the food court is better. I recommend A&W.
