Just ate here and it was absolutely Amazing!!! The food was made to perfection the service was Incredible and the feel of the place made it even better! 10/10 Recommend to fill all your grilled cheesey desires!

For the price of the food at this location, the portion sizes are very disappointing. Paying 15$ for a sandwich that is the size of quarter pounder from mcdonalds. Mcdonalds would've been a better choice for portions. Spent 50$ on 3 items, and got the poutine which looked to be fairly large. Got a small box packed to the brim, I can't imagine what size the mini-poutine would be. The food was okay, but honestly it could all be made at home and taste the exact same

The food itself is nothing to write home about. Melt was on some flattened and overcooked multigrain that almost took my teeth out. With food debris cooked into the outside like the grill wasn't cleaned. Cook looked/smelled like he hasn't showered in a few days. Girl at the front desk was nice enough, but it felt off-putting when the debit interaction asked for a minimum 15% tip. Cheap labor though, right?Also they're blasting stuff off the radio loud enough you have to raise your voice to talk. So there's that.

Omg this is literally the WORST food ive ever ordered. The poutine fries were hard as a rock and the milkshake was the consistency of WATER. Avoid this place. Its SO GROSS they should be shut down. I NEVER give 1 star reviews but this place deserves less than a 1 star rating. Oh and I couldn't get a replacement OR a refund even tho the food was barely touched and the drink was completely untouched. Disgusting place. I wouldn't feed this trash to a starving dog

Showed up with the open sign on as well as the door unlocked and the employee said that they were “closed at 11” but it was before 11 and they refused to serve us. Terrible service by your team and do not recommend.

First time ordering and the last. The poutine is 12$.. Came in a very small cardboard box. Barely any gravy (fries dry at bottom) with about 4 curds on top. Also ordered the Mac n cheese.. Glorified KD. Not cheesy, just like KD cheese sauce with soggy noodles and about 1 cup worth. Mac and cheese bites tasted like goats cheese? Not sure what happened there. Pretty disappointed with the quality/quantity for the price I paid ??

I had the southwestern fried chicken melt and a classic poutine with a canned pop. I paid $24 for the whole meal. Honest review, the sandwich was below average. Lettuce was soggy, and it lacked flavour. The poutine gravy was on the warm side. Nothing special and definitely not worth the price I paid.
