One of the few places in Edmonton that specializes in katsu. I've been here quite a few times over the years, and the quality has remained good. Katsu is crispy, the pork is tender and not too dry, and the combo has good portions (pictured is the Rosu Hire combo with a mini udon added.)
One of my favourite Katsu places in the city! Been to a few in Edmonton, but Miga has been my altogether favourite spot. Katsu portions are just right with enough rice and curry so almost nothing is left over. Croquettes were great and takoyaki also good side choices! The fried chicken also delicious (although a bit on the smaller size imo).

I ordered the tenderloin and it was really tender and crispy
