The kadhai mushroom was superb. So tasty and the server was also excellent in her job. We also ordered chandani chowk ki khasta tikki chaat which was not bad but we did not liked it.

Had a lovely experience here. Besides burning alive from the spice, this place had delicious food, perfect ambiance and a very attentive staff. Ordered the lamb biryani and was pleased with my meal.

We went to the restaurant fro dinner, the food was great but service was very poor witht eh really bad attitude of the staff. We has 4 kids with us so we wanted the food to come out early so ordered all the appetizers and main course together and asked the waiter to bring everything together but instead he initially insisted that he will come back to take the order for the main course but we still gave the order together . Waited for arounf 20 - 25 mins between the appetizers and main course. When asked to the staff what took so long they mentioned that you ordered late and started giving us attitude. I would not expect this kind of service and attitude fromt he staff.Despite being sorry they were showing the attitude. No apologiy nothing fromthe staff.

We go to Monsoon quite often and have hosted as well as attended many parties there. Food is delicious and the hospitality by owner Goldie and her team (Zara, Anita, Pramod) is amazing. After a recent dinner we hosted there, the guests have specially mentioned the good food and arrangements. Love the place.

Recommended dishes: Monsoon Stuffed Naan, Dahi Kebab, Tandoori Flight, Lamb Chops, Papadum, Methi Murgh, Paneer Tandoori, Hara Bhara Kebab, Afghani Paneer Tikka, Paneer Tikka Masala, Hara Tawa Paneer and Tokri Chaat
The food was good, but the atmosphere was a bit too dark and loud, and the kitchen door near where we were seated was incredibly loud and squeaky, and the phone rang very loudly for a while without being answered. In addition, some of my party found it uncomfortably warm and stuffy

Stylish ambiance with great food
The decor is modern and elegant, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The menu offers a good variety, and nearly every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. Portions were just right—not too small, not overly generous.
The Indian-inspired cocktails were interesting, though they didn’t particularly stand out. Service was decent, though not exceptional.
Overall, one of the better spots in Edmonton for Indian cuisine. Definitely worth a visit!

Staying in the hotel, ordered butter chicken and rice very flavourful and well cooked chicken tender and juicy. Packed plates and cutlery within having to be asked :)

I recently visited this restaurant and absolutely loved the ambiance — it was warm, welcoming, and had a great vibe. The staff were genuinely nice and attentive, which made the experience even better.
The chutneys were a standout — they tasted fresh and homemade, just like you’d expect from authentic Indian kitchens. The Chandni Chowk chaat was absolutely delicious and hit all the right notes. I was really impressed… until we got to the Laal Maas.
Unfortunately, the Laal Maas was a big letdown. It didn’t resemble the traditional Rajasthani dish at all — not red in color, no bones, and oddly sweet. It tasted more like butter chicken gravy with meat thrown in. Upon asking, I found out they had used coconut milk in it. My jaw dropped — who puts coconut milk in Laal Maas?!
Just a suggestion to the chef or management: either stick to the traditional Laal Maas recipe or please rename the dish so people aren’t misled. Authenticity matters, especially with iconic regional dishes.

Food was tasty . We got complimentary desert at the restaurant. Chicken tikka was good
We recently celebrated our wedding at the Holiday Inn, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The services and food were absolutely outstanding — our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. A heartfelt thank you to Anita for making the entire booking process so smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly supportive, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The venue was beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran perfectly. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion!
