Excellent service everytime :) I’ve never had to wait long for my food. The crew is really sweet and friendly. I order the same thing every time (regular Works) but I never get tired of it! :D Thank you for always satisfying my cravings ❤️

How do you guys make your poutine so tasty and heavenly, but the problem is . . There's not enough gravy and cheese, I heavily suggest that you put cheese and gravy and cheese at the bottom and top of the box and give it a good mix. The workers were friendly, best fries!

The food is amazing but the female worker at the front was horrible, she definitely hates her job. Such attitude at 12 in the morning.

I eat All Types of Poutine including Braised Beef Poutine back then.
Today, I checked all kinds of poutine are there except Braised Beef Poutine. So I think it was the CEO made that decision.

Poor people skills, made it seem so awkward to order. I should have just left then.Asked for extra crispy and the guy even asked twice to confirm. But my order was the next one done, and i mentioned that i wanted extra crispy and the guy said they were, but when i sat down to eat it was basically mashed potatoes.And the topper was he made a mess all over my box & napkins with gravy.Staff on 3/13/24 evening

Most of the time I have a good experience here.Yesterday December 26th around 8:50pm I ordered a medium butter chicken poutine as a perfect combo with a hot dog and drink.I was also charged for a small fries which I don’t know until after.The employees said the manager will call me today to give me my money back for the small fries.That never happened I gave the employees back the small fries.Not good customer service over charging people and not giving them a refund.
