But my order was the next one done, and i mentioned that i wanted extra crispy and the guy said they were, but when i sat down to eat it was basically mashed potatoes.And the topper was he made a mess all over my box & napkins with gravy.Staff on 3/13/24 evening

Most of the time I have a good experience here.Yesterday December 26th around 8:50pm I ordered a medium butter chicken poutine as a perfect combo with a hot dog and drink.I was also charged for a small fries which I don’t know until after.The employees said the manager will call me today to give me my money back for the small fries.That never happened I gave the employees back the small fries.Not good customer service over charging people and not giving them a refund.

Came here on a Friday last week and it was super busy. I was worried it would take some time to get my food as I was only on my break, but the staff got through customers so fast. I was really impressed by the level of service Margaret provided - my poutine had a perfect amount of toppings and the fries were fresh. Ate it all in a matter of minutes. IT WAS THAT GOOD! I will definitely come back here if I ever need a quick bite during my break.

Great fries as always. A bit overpriced BUT the best when hot from the fryer. Especially with gravy, cheese sauce and chipotle sauce on the side.
The staff were good, the food was prepared fast, the food was good. Nothing to hate.
