Ordered delivery. 'Do Not Even Go There' is made differently every time, did not come with maple syrup. Great I wasted $40 .
Walked in and was greeted with a big smile. They sat me down at the bar stool area as I came in myself. I ordered 4 eggs over easy with, sourdough bread, potatoe wedges, and blueberry chicken sausages. Eggs were great just how I wanted them. I like this place and would recommend if you want to grab breakfast/brunch.
Friendly servers and tasty food.
Delicious breakfast. Lots of choice. Good value for money. Very friendly staff and great service
This used to be my favorite place for brunch. Was there today and left disappointed with the feeling that I would never return there again. What went wrong?
1. Change of menu
2. Portion size has been significantly reduced
3. Prices are too high for portion size
4. No notice that condiments (mustard) are not complimentary and that patrons need to pay for them.
I usually order for delivery from this location and the food is always delicious. I love that Oeb has gluten free options.
Wasn’t the best. For the prices you’d just think the breakfast would be very good. Specifically asked if the farmers scramble “bacon” was actual bacon or ham, because I don’t like ham at all, and was told it’s cubed bacon. Well it was cubed bacon but ALSO ham which it doesn’t state in the menu. Everything was luke warm at best. The sour dough is so thick and was cold. The actual scramble was only half cooked and runny on the inside. Pieces of the bacon were so overcooked they were black and hard as a rock. Just such a “meh” breakfast for $70 for two of us. Server was nice enough though!
Overall I really enjoyed dinning here for breakfast. Kids loved it, portions were good, food was delicious, my only draw back was the bacon they served was very bland…. It looked great, nice thick cut bacon…. But it must’ve been some kind of low sodium stuff cause it was definitely lacking flavour….
I mean I’m all for healthy options but don’t mess with the bacon man….
Also it was very warm inside and no air conditioning…. It the summer it must be be nuts in there…
8 outta 10 for me. Will be back to try more off the menu. No more bacon though 😭
Great variety in the menu. Got the bacon poutine, waffles, and the duck Perogies. Very unique and different. Super rich but nice splurge.

Great service and reasonable prices
They only allow reserve during the week. So, we waited for almost 30 minutes to get a table by 11:28am.
The food I ordered was lobster scramble poutines. It's worthy to have at least once, including lobster and many shrimps. My two friends agreed that this was the best option compared to theirs.
The service was nice and efficient. The time restriction was 90 minutes, but it was good enough for us.
Favourite breakfast place
2025 Edit: Unfortunately shrink-flation has hit this place pretty bad. While the prices haven't increased, portion sizes have decreased noticeably. Drinks like Mimosas are incredibly small and mostly ice. Duck fat is no longer used to fry the potatoes, which really gave them a competitive edge. Still, the food is delicious, just be sure to order an extra egg or two or you'll leave hungry. I would rather they'd have just increased the prices a few bucks and kept the portions.
It's alright. It's the only place I never finished all my bacon at, doesn't taste that good, although it's not bad. Service and decor was fabulous. It's worth going to for the experience.
I’ve been ordering breakfast from OEB for years. Since my last visit the portions have noticeably shrunk. While the food is still tasty, it’s hard to justify paying almost $22 for one waffle. We were expecting the usual bacon on the side, but instead, they chopped up tiny pieces and hid them inside the waffle — not what we had in mind. Sides were shockingly small, maybe half the size of what they used to serve.
For the price point, I expected better consistency. Sadly it feels like they’re cutting corners now, which is a shame because I used to really enjoy the experience.
