The reason I gave these all 3 stars was because the restaurant door was left open but there was no staff inside there and on the website it said it’s open? And I’ve been waiting for 30 mins out waiting for them to come back .

Bro what is this we went here at 6:20 cuz it says on the thing it’s open and not even a single worker is here. They left the door open😂
The place looks great and has a nice vibe, but the service was really disappointing. Our server was inattentive and didn’t seem to care much. They brought us the wrong food, then returned with the right dish five minutes later cold. Overall, not worth it given the poor service and careless handling of our order.

They are not at this address anymore. The new address on their door is wrong, it takes you to central social hall, and even they had no idea where or what it was, we had even made a reservation this morning and got confirmation... I guess others also have had this experience...... Does this place even still exist ?
For an empty restaurant we should realistically wait less than 10 minutes for drinks. Additionally- if you're not willing to use a liquor in a drink, kindly remove it from your bar display- some people may not recognize liquor bottles but as a bartender, it's quite obvious. Bartenders were clearly inexperienced and there were discrepancies between menu prices and charged price however, our server was so so so amazing and made up for everything.

Krissy is a great server, friendly and so personable! Interesting atmosphere (why is there a DJ when its completely empty on a Friday night lol) … but she made up for it in my opinion ❤️
Friday night dinner with friends. They did not have much of the liquor we ordered… it was odd, 6 of us and 8+ staff but everything took long…. Pretty place, our server was awesome but the establishment needs to def work on their stock and ordering. We are frequent diners who enjoy trying new places but I wouldn’t be quick to recommend this place.

Sophia was amazing! Will be back. Best bartender in Edmonton!
Bought tickets via event Brite for Afro event for a cover charge. Didn't even check the tickets and people were just walking in. Learned my lesson and won't pre buy tickets. The drink i wanted wasn't avaliable. The margaritas were delicious. Ambiance is really good. Music was great but no one was dancing. It was giving lounge energy. Not a cover charge fee party popping energy.

We spent this past weekend here to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. It’s a nice atmosphere with cute washroom’s to take pictures. The staff were very kind and professional and very accommodating ESPECIALLY our server for the evening who goes by the name Ahmarie. She was the biggest sweetheart and very professional and understanding. The DJ played good music and it was overall a nice vibe. The only downside was the food, I ordered the blackened chicken and the chicken was very dry and tough, the mashed potatoes had no taste and the asparagus tasted old, I couldn’t finish my meal, the taste of everything completely threw me off. My sister ordered the short rib. She took one bite and couldn’t finish her meal either. My mom ordered the Cajun salmon I believe, and said her salmon was very overcooked, but ate it anyways since she was very hungry. Our server Ahmarie was very professional when we brought our concerns to her and offered to bring us something else from the menu but we declined her offer because we didn’t want to order more food just to be disappointed again. In my opinion, the people in the kitchen definitely need to work on their cooking skills. But other than that it was a fun experience!

was gonna go here over the long weekend for my birthday, they tried to charge us $25 each to get in when i could count on my fingers the amount of people that were in there. $25 cover is insane in edmonton not to mention it was a group of 6 girls so we would have paid $150 just to get in, let alone the drinks, and there wasn’t even a crowd. these places need to know their worth.
update: tried coming back here again for the “Love Me Jeje” event… absolutely packed, no one respected anyone’s space, everyone was shoving, elbowing, all that. the bartenders either weren’t doing anything, spent more time talking than taking orders, or didn’t know what they were doing. 25 minutes to get one overpriced drink is ridiculous. i think the blonde lady w the tattoos spent more time talking and dumping half empty cups in the sink than she did pouring drinks or taking orders. horrible experience the first time i tried coming, even worse the second time.
The service and staff were incredibly nice but the wait for drinks and food was really long. Will still be coming back!

I arranged a corporate client event at Often on a Tuesday evening. We had such a great experience! The staff (Krissy and Ahmarie) were responsive and welcoming, the food was timely and tasty and the atmosphere worked perfectly for our clients and staff to mingle in a relaxed environment that was just for us. Thanks very much!

The girls and I went there for dinner the other night and it was lovely. The decor is elegant and the food was delicious! Our server Krissy went above and beyond to keep up with our jokes, get us everything we needed, and was a pleasant part of our evening. I had the Spicy Vodka Pasta and it was absolutely amazing!
