The ingredients were clearly not very fresh and the tzatsiki was watery. Quite disappointing location.

And no I will not be contacting you help email. Just clean up your shop and don't cut corners.

All I can say is wow! The gyro pita was amazing. Crisp fresh lettuce! The taziki was super tasty. The calamari was incredible and tasty. The baklava was comparable to a resto I ate in Crete last month! Super happy I took the plunge and ordered! Will be ordering more and more from here! Thank you for a great meal!!! SETON, Calgary AB

This Opa! of Greece served a Caesar salad without any dressing, just cheese powder on top. The grilled potato tasted like it came from the microwave or steamed. The pita wrap itself was OK, the protein was nicely seasoned and there was the right amount of dressing or sauce in the wrap. It was a shocker when the basics (like salad dressing) was amiss here. Staff is what you would expect from any fast food chain - transactional.

Pita are too dry.

I accidentally ordered jalapeños when I meant to leave them out because I was feeling unwell and wanted to avoid anything spicy. When I picked up my order, the server noticed the mistake and graciously provided the toppings for free, which really made my day! Their kindness and understanding really stood out, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you for turning my mistake into such a positive experience!

Opa Northgate, Winnipeg. Didn't issue receipt. Dirty tables, chairs, floor and washroom. Staff always inside the kitchen.

Very disappointed. Not sure if it's a one-off, or if maybe this is one of those places that hate doing delivery, so the quality of the food they send out suffers. But I got a calamari combo and my calamari was over-cooked and rubbery. It also tastes fishy in a bad way, as though it wasn't cleaned thoroughly before hand. The croutons in the salad are stale and chewy.

I am very sad because I used to LOVE Opa! and have not gotten it for some time. I also rarely treat myself by ordering in food for lunch at work, so I was really looking forward to this. The calamari was cold which was disappointing but understandable as it was with the salad. I would rather have a fresh, crunchy salad and cold calamari than a soggy, warm salad.

I do appreciate the thoughtfulness of adding a paper between the two to keep the calamari batter crispy.

But over all this was a very disappointing experience and I just feel like I wasted my money. Its a shame because this would normally be such a great deal due to how generous the portion size is but I can barely even eat half of it because it tastes so bad.

=( I hope this was just a one time thing and not how they normally do things now. . . .

Update: it's 2hrs later aaaand now my stomach hurts rather severely. Uh oh. . . . NOT how I want to spend the rest of my work day =/

Not impressed tbh. Couldn’t even finish my food. Unfortunately, I had stomach aches a few hours after the fact. Furthermore, the restaurant smells upon entering.
