I've ordered twice from Padmanadi and both times, the food was good. I will say that the flavours are not what I expected with the Ginger beef and the General Tao chicken - still delicious, but the flavour profile is quite different from the traditional version of both dishes.

They do their vegetables very well, they're not overcooked at all. I've tried the spicy green beans (delicious!) and the curry tofu & vegetables. I found the curry vegetables...

We just had Padmanadi cater our wedding and it was absolutely amazing. The owner came to us to check on our food when we took my mother-in-law out for her birthday and offered their catering services. We went with them and we were not disappointed! They were on time, communicated well with us, and the food was delightful.

I ate here (another location) for the first time a year ago when I was in town visiting a friend, and I have *dreamed* of going back ever since! I've been a vegetarian for a decade and so I have eaten a lot of different types of non-meat meat, and this is the best I've ever had. I wish they would open up a location in Vancouver! And I will visit every time I'm in YEG.
