My first take out order was excellent. I ordered a rodizio for 4 and had if for one week. Good portion size, tasty and well packaged. I had the garlic steak. Beyond Happy and couldn't wait to order again. The service at the restaurant was pleasant and professional Second order, seemed to be reduced for 60%. I paid for a separate side of picanha and it was 75% fat. Extremely disappointed. I ordered more the second time around, and only had it for four days. Same high level of service. The sides are impressive - the coconut mashed potatoes, broccoli, corn, beyond expectations. I did not like the stroganoff though. It was bizarre. I am not a fan of the feijoada. It doesn't have enough seasoning and the pork was dry. They should offer farofa with the feijoada I didn't order since then because I don't know what kind of order I would get. I hope they are able to get the correct quality and consistency on take out orders. If they do, very much worth it.

Love this place! My wife and I ordered take out for Valentine's. Everything was delicious....I mean granted unless you are in the restaurant it won't be as fresh. I usually give Pampa a 5.....only minor issue we had was as a part of our meal we were supposed to get a mixed green salad and it was missed. That aside.....always highly recommend this restaurant!

From the first moment you step in this place the personel give you a comfortable feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a happy place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. tasty food, qualified chief cook and stuff, decent pay and nice service. Highly recommended.

Ordered our NYE dinner from Pampa downtown and we were extremely pleased with the food. It was well packed and delicious! Also, they accommodated some extras that I forgot to include in the original order, without hesitation. We had dined at the restaurant as well in the past and had always been a great experience... missing their fantastic caipirinhas so much!!

Went on December 3, for dinner. COVID protocols in place, but didn't hinder service and quality. Absolutely loved the service at the Downtown location. Sandro was awesome along with the other staff in preparing the food. I would give this location a 10 star if I could. Food was amazing.
