“Very accommodating location. I came in yesterday on a timeline and had preordered my pizza online to help with my schedule. Turns out, I didn't complete my order online and arrived to no pizzas ready. The Papa Johns employee requested my pizzas I wanted and started making them immediately to help complete my order quickly. I was out of the store about 10-15 minutes later with my order! Very friendly staff and I order from this location all the time and will continue to order from this location.“

The boys worked hard for a bottle drive from 12pm-4pm then we picked up these pizzas and got them fed before going in to the arena for a practice that didn’t end until 8pm. We order pizza from Papa John's about monthly and always from this location. The delivery is always early, the pizza hot and driver's polite and courteous.
Tonight we ordered a large and a medium pizza and as usual it was delivered 15 minutes early. While the door was open, one of our dogs was trying to get out and the pizza fell out of the box and onto the floor through absolutely no fault of driver. We assured him it was our fault and we would deal with it. Within 20 minutes, the driver had returned with 2 extra large pizzas to replace the 1 large which had fallen and while completely unnecessary, it was so very much appreciated.
Thanks so much to you great folks, and we'll continue to be very happy customers!“

“We went to this location on a Friday eve and decided to dine in instead of my usual deliveries at work. Nice spacious place with limited seating and even though they were so busy, we got the order really quick. The kids loved the cheese pizza and boneless wings. We also had the Meat pizza and chicken parmesan bites. Both were loaded and delicious! For dessert we went for the cinnamon pull apart, by popular demand and eventhough I'm not a cinnamon fan, they were quite good. I love that their pizzas come with dips and jalapeños. Loved the garlic dip and their spicy dip ! I'm already looking forward to trying their Papadias that look so interesting and their double chocolate brownies!
Oh and apparently this location is now under a new management and I can definitely tell the difference ! Definitely coming back for more !“

It's an absolutely terrible parking lot though. The only entrance is off the avenue and is a single lane all the way around the building.“

“I ordered a pizza here from skip and the courier pretty much threw the pizza at our doorstep. I took the pizza in and asked for a new one and they made me a new one because skip only agreed to refund me $21 out of the $46 spent on the order.“

“There is a delivery driver that I always get when I order from this location. I believe her name is Lisa?!? She is one of the friendliest people and is always so kind when making her deliveries. Hopefully management is able to pass along the kind words. Today was a rough day for deliveries with the cold weather, but she was as kind as ever. “I just had the most amazing pizza from pappa johns south. The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was gooey and flavorful, and the toppings were so fresh. Every bite was pure joy. “I was at campus saint-jean and I had a break so I took advantage of eating something high, I tasted so many pizzas around campus but one time I decided to try Papa John's there and I took (garden-fresh) ôô waaaawww
It was very fresh and delicious and high and I devoured it straight away because the tomato sauce has a special taste having parmasan garlic on the crispy edge which drove me totally crazy. really, I have never forgotten this taste and I live southwest of Edmonton my family always buys from the Blackburn branch.“

“I want to give 1 star to the company, but not the location. I order online all the time and now somehow I'm 5 minutes from 2 locations and am not in anyone's delivery area. I will say, that the jasper Ave location is who typically delivers. They send papa bowls with 2/3 the amount of any other location, and after canceling my online order hung up on me when I called to place an order.

The guy's on 82 st tried to figure out a solution with me and gave the proper amount when I picked up. I will be going back.“

“I order from this location a lot. The service is really good and the staff is friendly. We are especially fond of the New York pizzas. They are excellent. My only issue, and this is strictly a personal preference, is I do not like the julienned ham. I much prefer ham slices. Other than that minor thing, I love their pizzas. I am also obsessed with their garlic dip. I NEVER get dips from other puzza places but their garlic dip is amazing!! If you live in Callingwood or Lymburn and want a really good pizza, this is the place to go. I know I will be a repeat customer.

“This is our 3rd time ordering from this location, and the 1st time we had issues. We ended up receiving the wrong pizza, so my husband called and talked to the manager, and instantly they rectified the situation and even though we said we'd pick up, they delivered the correct pizza to the door. I'm shocked to see the negative reviews when it comes to Customer Service because they didn't even question that our pizza was wrong. They offered to replace the pizza instantly. The delivery driver is super friendly and was apologetic when delivering the correct pizza even though it was an honest mistake. We will continue being customers of this location and are happy to have them in our community!“

“I had a coupon and decided to try out Papa John's pizza. I was having issues ordering online so telephoned my order in. The lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful & assisted me with my order. The delivery came within 25 mins. The driver was professional, smiled and called me via phone to let me know he was outside my door with my order.
Pizza was amazing and tasty with a good portion of delicious cheesesticks.
