im a regular at this store. i’m supposed to get honey chipotle wing poppers. and i got no sauce on it. i called the store and i received no apology. manners would have been appreciated. as i explained to the guy that they messed up my order, the guy kept telling me that it’s doordash i need to call.
Food is great but service is hit or miss if there is an error. Depends on who you talk to. One employee will go out of their way to help(make it better) another will say there is nothing that they can do. To throw the pizza out.
