All papa jones need new worker that like to work and not dog …. All day. Busy. Sure sure. I should have read all the reviews of this place. They avg 3 stars. And keeps going down. Hmm owner. U not seeing this.

came in for a pizza dinner with my mom. we got the mediterranean and spinach alfredo with some brownies!! waited about 20 minutes, but it was def worth it! food was still hot when we got home, everything was delicious ~ 10/10

I ordered buy one get one free pizza. Received only one pizza. Called restaurant and staff wasn’t aware of online orders and requested to contact Uber Eats, untrained staff, seriously? Spent significant amount of time with staff on BOGO free pizza confirmation…staff needs training, don’t know much about online ordering, ordered it for first time and Papa Johns loose one customer forever, management should take it seriously pathetic taste of pizza and wasted my money, need refund. Papa Johns just can’t beat hands who are feeding them. Never recommend it anyone.

If I could give them zero I would,Delivery driver was absolutely a nightmare to deal with.We order for delivery didn’t receive anything that we ordered everything was messed up, instead of 2l bottle we got 3 little bottles, our pizza was messed up as well. Instead of a large they gave us a small and we paid full price for a messed up order that doesn’t even taste good. Everything we asked for on the pizza wasn’t right. And what gave us garlic bread as an apology!? We didn’t even order it what the actual hell?!We also ordered sauce that we didn’t get. 0 costumer service. 0 for the taste, I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Big no no.

Our company regularly orders in for pizza lunch for the staff. We Always order from this specific location. The staff are friendly and super accommodating as we are just a touch outside of their delivery zone yet they always deliver! The food is fresh and delicious. Pricing is great and we are always happy with the service! Highly recommend the garlic knots and our office favorite pizza is the works on thin crust! Highly recommend Papa John's and more specifically the 7534 178 Street location for the staff and service alone!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered online last week and went in for carryout. Guy working there looked like he did not want to be there based on the look he gave me when i went into the store to pick up my pizza. The pizza he had ready for me was not what i ordered but when i asked if he could make me what i wanted he looked so annoyed and rolled his eyes. I asked for napkins, he also looked annoyed like i was bothering him. Complained the next day to a Supervisor and was told the Store Manager would call me back. Still waiting....0/5 stars. WON'T BE BACK. Lots of pizza places in town with great customer service who are happy to take my money.

Must be under new ownership as the staff is not friendly does not acknowledge you when you come in and you just stand an awkwardly wait for 10 to 15 minutes while your pizza is sitting getting cold. This location use to private cell phone customer service that's gone.
