Warm welcoming atmosphere. The food was great. I had the avocado and egg breakfast sandwich with a latte. Great value as the food and drink were excellent, you would expect to pay $20 at a pretentious restaurant… definitely check this place out if you are in the neighbourhood (or have to take first aid across the street).

I have found my favorite cup of Latte in Edmonton at Piazza! The smoothness of the velvety microfoam, the aroma and taste of their Ethiopian coffee beans was a pleasure to the senses. The folks here were really friendly and knowledgeable. In general, amazing local cafe shop on 124 st. Fast service, food was absolute delish, with an option for everyone) and their latte was perfect! Just the way I like it.
I'll be back! Highly recommended!

My first experience with Ethiopian food was not disappointing.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian platter for $20 was awesome. It included assorted veg - cabbage and carrots, beets, spinach, chopped fresh tomatoes, potatoes and some beans and grains. These were served with warm flatbread made from kef. The spice heat was about a medium. Not too hot. Everything was fresh and flavourful. I’ll be back.

It's very stuffy inside, the coffee tastes very bad and the decoration is really mediocre. We paid $5.50 per coffee, which is quite expensive. The employees were friendly but I don't think I will come again.
Absolutely loved my first experience at Piazza! Had the vegetarian platter which was a delightful variety of dishes. Great price and enough to feed 2-3 people. Latte was better than my nespresso makes. Can't wait to come back!

This is the BEST place to eat authentic Ethiopian food. It was my first time trying it, and the flavours blew my mind immensely. The Injera was sour, soft and pleasant, and it complimented the beef ribs I ordered very nicely. The waitress was kind enough to explain to me how to eat the dish, because I honestly had no clue. The service was excellent, as I received a very warm welcome as soon as I entered and the waitress was very attentive the whole time. Will definitely be back for more of this delicious cuisine!
