I accidentally placed my order for pick up at the incorrect time and so when I came to pick up it up it wasn’t ready ( my fault) babbal helped us and was super nice and accommodating and made our order for us quickly!

This is an embarrassing example of the pizza 73 franchise, avoid at all costs! My wife and I order from pizza 73 all the time, twice ordering from this location they got the order wrong putting donair meat instead of chicken, we didn't bother complaining the first time it happened, but after the second time we called the customer service # and explained the issue and they said they would send over a replacement right away. This location then called us and questioned my wife, told her she was wrong and was very rude and disrespectful and hung up. Then as we sat there waiting for hours, without even telling us they decided they would not replace the pizza as they were directed to do from their customer service rep. After the ignorant and disrespectful behavior of this store we would never support any pizza 73 store again. We didnt even eat the pizza! Its still sitting on the table waiting for the delivery guy to come take it away. Pics below, try and tell me that's chicken on there and not donair meat!?

This was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a thin crust pizza, but instead received an extremely thick pizza that was completely undercooked. The dough was raw and impossible to eat.
The salt and pepper chicken was also a letdown. It was so salty that it felt excessive, and even after trying to remove some of the salt, it was still overpowering. I could only eat half of it.
The only semi-edible item was the fries, which I didn’t even order.
What added to the frustration was the pricing and tip calculation. My order total was $39, but when the tip options came up, the 15% tip option showed a total of $45, which does not make sense mathematically. This was confusing and concerning, and it made me question the accuracy of the billing, and are they trying to scam customers?
Overall, I barely ate anything from this order, and for that reason, I would not recommend this location. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and not worth the money, and potentially scamy

I ordered a large poutine, but instead I received two small fries, and one of them wasn’t even proper fries — it looked more like hash browns. Terrible food and terrible service. It honestly felt like a rip-off. When I asked for a refund, they refused and said they don’t give refunds. I was shocked that they didn’t issue a refund. Very disappointed with the service and how this was handled. I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience.

Worst communication skills, before they don’t add full menu online, on the basis of DoorDash conversation I’ve talked to customer service in the store, they replied very rudely, very disappointing..
Terra Losa Pizza 73. First time customer today but I will be back. Best custom pizza I have had in years....including Little Italy in Toronto where I moved from! I must add that the lady who took my order was very sweet and efficient.

I phoned them to make an order for pick up in the Meadowlark larea. He (the guy who answered the phone ) he wouldn’t take my order and he wouldn’t even help me with finding the closest address to where I was located . They just lost probably a $60 order because of bad customer service. And I order there at least twice a week because it’s on my way to work too bad so sad. I will be doing it again …The guy yelled at me. All I did was ask him For addresses of pizza 73 near the address that I was at and he would not give it to me he was too darn lazy terrible Customer Service … and I will add the wings are so tiny. they used to be so good and a normal size. If they are all small, give somebody an extra wing for goodness sake’sterrible service. If you want to look in who took the order, it was at 9:10 PM on November 13, 2025 he basically hung up on me and said once I find the Pizza 73 address I could call back. I cannot believe that that happened. Couldn’t even help me find the address.🥴 very sad

I have ordered unlimited two topper large pizzas for the very first time,I have gotten excellent service from an Asian Indian girl Babal, she suggested me this amazing deal plus the wings with dipping , I will definitely visit again, I love the taste and quality of the food with lovely service from that girl , thanks pizza 73!
