Terra Losa Pizza 73. First time customer today but I will be back. Best custom pizza I have had in years....including Little Italy in Toronto where I moved from! I must add that the lady who took my order was very sweet and efficient.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff who took the order explained very well about the deals .The taste of the pizza was very good. I really recommend this store.

I have ordered unlimited two topper large pizzas for the very first time,I have gotten excellent service from an Asian Indian girl Babal, she suggested me this amazing deal plus the wings with dipping , I will definitely visit again, I love the taste and quality of the food with lovely service from that girl , thanks pizza 73!

Just had a terrible experience with this location and I will not be back after that. Placed an order for a gluten free combo that came with a 12 inch pizza, 10 boneless wings and 2 brownies- this order came with a free ranch and I added 3 ranches on top of the order. The total was 42.90, almost a 50 dollar order and I went to pick it up they didn't bother to put any of the extras in a bag and so I was missing items. To top it off, I called and they said it's fine and they'll replace the stuff- I just had to go back for it which to me is a pissoff because now the food is cold and I can't even enjoy it now.
So I go back for my stuff and they're refusing to give me my brownies, like really? You made me come back all the way just to try cheap me out of things that were already paid for? The man at the front was very aggressive insisting he gave the brownies with the order and his manager was even trying to speak up for him. I don't understand why I had to get upset and reason with you guys over something so simple.
Don't go here, go to the one on Stoney Plain, they know alot more about customer service that's for sure.

We were denied service for no valid reason. We simply wanted to order pizza like any other customer, but were restricted because we spoke English and are Canadian. Completely unacceptable and discriminatory.

I phoned them to make an order for pick up in the Meadowlark larea. He (the guy who answered the phone ) he wouldnāt take my order and he wouldnāt even help me with finding the closest address to where I was located . They just lost probably a $60 order because of bad customer service. And I order there at least twice a week because itās on my way to work too bad so sad. I will be doing it again ā¦The guy yelled at me. All I did was ask him For addresses of pizza 73 near the address that I was at and he would not give it to me he was too darn lazy terrible Customer Service ā¦ and I will add the wings are so tiny. they used to be so good and a normal size. If they are all small, give somebody an extra wing for goodness sakeāsterrible service. If you want to look in who took the order, it was at 9:10 PM on November 13, 2025 he basically hung up on me and said once I find the Pizza 73 address I could call back. I cannot believe that that happened. Couldnāt even help me find the address.š«©š„“ very sad
