So disappointed by the customer service. If someone is giving u business and trying to help local businesses, you atleast need to have a decent attitude. So staff just said that they don’t give more than one sample. They have more than 5 flavours. We were 5 people and bought atleast 8 gelatos worth $50-60. But they just can’t give more than 1 sample? Very disappointed.

Pathetic customer service at the ice cream counter. We were a group of 5 who wanted to try flavours before making a purchase. The guy at the counter refused to let us try more than 1 flavour per person which is unheard of. Also very cold attitude by him.

I really wanted to love this place, but honestly, it was a letdown. The ice cream flavors sounded amazing on the menu, but the actual taste was disgusting ,nothing special. Plus, the service was super slow, and the staff didn't seem too thrilled to be there. The shop itself could use some sprucing up too; it felt a bit dingy. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely not worth the hype or the price. I probably won’t be back.

Came in very late at night to a fun and positive atmosphere as well as a very clean restaurant! Nisrine got us some lovely gelato scoops and kept the fun going! Super sweet and in great spirits, thanks Nisrine and Mikes famous! Have a great night!
