I frequently go to the downtown location and love it. This was the tiniest donair I have ever eaten! Try somewhere else in the food court if you’re hungry. I’m currently in envy of my kids McDonald’s

Tried Spruce Grove location twice. First time was for donairs, super yummy! Tonight we tried beef and chicken donair poutine. Delicious! Major downfall the meat was burnt. You could taste it every couple of bites and cut up your mouth. Will definitely return but will have to ask for a little less burnt next time 😅

It's one of the best fast food places, It's so much cheaper than Mcdonalds, with a so much better quality and portions of food. I definitely recommend coming here.

The donairs were excellent. Great flavour, good portions. The poutine looked amazing, but didn’t get to try any, as my lunch mate ate it too fast! I was too full anyway. Will definitely try next time.

Damn, how disappointing, one of the worst donairs I've ever had. Prime Time used to be the best when it was only in Millwoods. I will file this place in with the Pizza Donair place in phase 3 food court

Today I went to the location in Northgate mall and they served me a extremely RAW chicken burger!!!

Waited in front of the line for 10 minutes there was no one else in line. Then waited over 10 minutes to get my food and there it was not busy at all and service overall was very slow.

Placed an order through door dash. Disgusting food, meat was burnt no vegetables on my donair. They made my donair in a box incorrectly.

I went west adminton mall. I eat poutine and rice platter. Amazing food and staff

Horrible customer service. It seems like the people dont want to work there. All the employees are just talking to them selfs and huffing and puffing about customers who want to order. Never have anything available 2 times i came on a Saturday evening and they didnt have rice available to make rice boxes or chicken to make wraps its just horrible. Keep giving chances to them but this time was my last when the employee just dreaded her self to the checkout area to take my order complaining to her co workers how she doesnt want to take my order. If you dont want to work should just quit and stay home or go get a job somewhere you love to work.

I have tried lots of donair places this one was close to the top I tried the cheese burger combo a while ago I’ll tell you the burger and fries were fantastically delicious meanwhile the my fountain drink was cold for reasonable a price I mean cheaper than let’s just say other joints can’t ask for more

Parking: It’s in the mall if you go on week days there’s plenty
