I understand with COVID that things are going to be a bit slow, I get that. What I DONT get is that after being emailed saying that I will have someone contact me shortly to finalize details, I have heard nothing. I left emails, voicemails, and text messages with no contact back. On the website, it says that things are different and/or slow and to contact the business regarding the new rules set by COVID but can't get a hold of literally anyone. Sorry, one person got back to me but didn't help me or answer my question at all! Again, I get that while COVID things are different. But I'm really upset I can't contact anyone or was promised I would get an answer when I haven't. And when someone finally did answer me, they didn't "answer" my question or do anything about my request. It's been days and I'm trying to plan for a Birthday. Wanted to get a limo service to Prive to make it extra fancy but sadly I can't book a limo if we can't even make it to the lounge. I was willing to pay for a bottle service and make it big, but I guess it's not going to happen after all. I'm very disappointed in this company. I tried to plan ahead but I guess getting back to someone within a week is too much effort for them.

I had never been to this club before but they advertised a “cirque de soleil” type show for New Year’s Eve. The bartender said the “show” started around 11:30 pm after having to check with the manager. The show consisted of a 10 min mediocre acrobatic display on a stripper pole. We left soon after midnight. I contacted management who stated they didn’t believe there was false advertising for $40/tix. No apology, no compensation. Apparently there were other “acts” later in the evening but how were we to know when the show was said to be at 11:30 pm, we thought that was the extent of it and no one who worked there could tell us different. We didn’t want a nightclub experience for new year’s but a show which we sadly did not feel was worth the price.
