As usual the servers are amazing. Ariel was helping us last night and he was fabulous! Food was amazing. I like how RL has scaled down their menu and are doing a blend of new (boils) with bringing back classics. I tried the alternative to the snow crab and wow so good! We don't come often due to the price but when we do we love it! The last few times we came the food was overcooked or cold. Last night everything was perfect!

My Husband and I went to the Red Lobster to celebrate our 43 Anniversary. Our server Adi went above and beyond to make our dinner a wonderful experience. Such a pleasant young man, probably the best service we have had anywhere in years! Thank you Adi for making it extra special.

I had such a great experience here! I had a waitress by the name of Dawnette and she was so very kind & welcoming. She checked on us a couple times during our meal & was very attentive through it all. Her recommendations were good! She was quick & efficient, she also has a sense of humour & kindness to her that added to the entire experience.
We had the escargot for appetizer & Our mains followed shortly after, I had the Shrimp Alfredo Linguini & as my first time trying escargot, i was pretty impressed! Everything was well seasoned to taste, the pasta with the main dish was perfectly cooked as well as the shrimp. The atmosphere was so warm & cozy.
They prepare the food so nicely & the customer service was definitely the cherry on top of the cake, I will be coming back to this location simply for the food & some great customer service!

We went this past weekend (June7/2025) using a reservation for 6pm. It was such a let down. I ordered the lobster bake ($46) and I could taste a very mouldy taste in every second shrimp I ate. They were definitely rotten. I spit one out in the restaurant and lost my appetite and saved it for at home. Ended up tossing it out. I LOVE their lobster bake, but I will never go back. Sangria Flight was watered down but they used thick juice so it was really grossly separated. ($16) My Fiancé got the dual lobster tail ($55) and he loved one but was unsure about the other, so I tasted it and it was definitely rotten as well. We will never go back. All said and done $200 down the drain, we were so upset the next day as well. Please pick somewhere else to spend your money. Atmosphere was typical kids running everywhere. Bad service. Terrible.

We had a fantastic meal! Samy was THE best waiter - very attentive and friendly. I have an allergy to garlic, and he made sure what I wanted could be made without any garlic. Next time you go, ask to be seated in Samy's section!
Delicious food. Had the salmon New Orleans. Samy was my server and was excellent!

Very disappointed in the food. Fish was very thin, lobster was rubbery, crab had very little meat, steak was overcooked, pasta was floating in butter. Out of the ten people, only three were satisfied with their meal. All in agreement not worth the price we paid. The service was outstanding though. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Disappointing because we were looking forward to this dinner.

Booked a table for 6 on Mother's Day Sunday. We knew it was going to be busy and it was actually wonderful to see it bursting at the seams with numerous parties arriving a departing in a happy loud bustle. Waited around 15 to be seated as we fully expected and did not mind doing! Tia was our server and she was friendly, composed, helpful and very attentive. The food was GREAT the drinks were GREAT and we all came away feeling valued, special and well cared for. Very pleased we chose this for my special day! A HAPPY MOM!
