Speakeasy vibes, cool environment if you can get a seat. It was so busy when I was there, shoulder to shoulder packed.Kid-friendliness: Probably notWheelchair accessibility: Didn't see a ramp

Would call this a secret tip. Food is great quality, nice cosy atmosphere. It’s easy to overlook from the outside.

I really like this spot. Maybe because it is downstairs, I never think of it unless I am walking directly by. Atmosphere here is cool without being snotty. Candlelight and dark wood, low lighting and comfortable booths make it easy to converse without yelling at each other.Really great cocktail, beer and wine menu. My hubby and I chose each a cocktail. An aperol spritzer and an old fashion. Both were pretty decent. We decided to split a bunch of things to share. We went with the truffle salad (because I love this dish here). The Pembina pork pasta, the grilled cheese sandwich and the special flatbread of the night.Things came out in a timely manner so we can enjoy each dish.First was the truffle salad. I like this because it is not over dressed and the truffle mixed with the crunch of the hazelnuts and the richness of the cheese makes a perfect combination. The pasta was cooked el dente, the pork was good but there could have been more of it in there according to my husband. His favourite was the grilled cheese. It was perfect. Grilled sourdough with Gruyere dripping from it. I also liked this one very much. Finally the flatbread of the night. Really tasty mix of meat and spicy peppers.

Great place to grab drinks with friends after work or perhaps a second date... Not the first date because it's slightly to loud for an intimate convo. The mixed drinks are small but tasty and strong. And you can't beat the location.

Came here after a show. Delish mini burgers with to DIE for bacon jam! So tasty and hit the spot! Our server was friendly and fun - really made our visit a great experience. So nice to have Innis & Gun beer (one of our faves) too.Kitchen closes at 11pm so plan accordingly.

The bartender was very kind and gave us some good recommendations. It is a well stocked pub with some great drinks.

This place has had an upgrade since I had been there last. Not that I didn't like it before, but it has been classed up a bit, it's in basement level which gives a cool vibe, the cocktails are fantastic, and the bartender was top notch. If you're in the Edmonton downtown area I think it's a must check out.
