The baked goods are not fresh.
They dont offer much selection.
I stopped going there after the son in-law of the owner (French guy) tried to charge me to add more coffee in my cup as my drink (a latte) had too much milk and didn't taste good. I told him I was surprised he tried to charge when I had given a good tip.
I had taken few friends with me there in the past who didnt know about it.
I never went back after that experience.
Update: July19-2025
I read the owner response.
It is not true that he offered to make me another drink for an extra charge of $1. He wanted to charge me $1 for few extra drops of milk added to the drink as it didn't taste like a latte. I had already given 30% tip and thought it was cheap to want to charge for just adding little bit of milk which was already ready. I told him it is not a good business practice.

An actual french patissier owns it. Best sourdough I’ve had in my life

A great place to meet for coffee with friends and colleagues!! Great treats (the spinach quiche is my favourite) and the variety of coffees is the best in Edmonton!

I’m always down for food.
Thrilled to finally try Reinette Cafe at Millwood — the space is small, but the food was surprisingly satisfying.
We ordered the afternoon tea set ($40), which came with two sandwiches, two drinks, and a selection of desserts — as you can see in the photo! Honestly, if you just add one more drink, it’s perfect for three people.
The matcha had just the right amount of sweetness, and the baked pastries weren’t overly sweet either — just how I like them.
My top pick? Definitely the mini rose green tea macaron — delicate, floral, and super satisfying.
Overall, we really enjoyed the afternoon tea set and will definitely be back to try more next time. 🍵🧁

They dont offer much for baked goods, very little selection. Their baked goods are not fresh. I like to support local businesses but not when they dont provide good service. I stopped going there after the son in-law (French guy) tried to charge me for adding more milk to my drink when it didnt taste good. I initially asked for a new drink and when he said he’ll charge me I asked him to add more milk. Even the he tried to charge me. I told him I was surprised he tried to charge me $1 when I had given a good tip for this order and my previous order before that. I had taken few friends with me there who didnt know about it even though they live in Millwoods.
Prices were reasonable
Turkey & cheese sandwich was simple and tasty
They also have fresh honey sourdough bread small loaf or bigger loaf !🍞
The atmosphere inside is very cute and cozy reminds me of a little bakery in France or Montreal

My goodness, what an enjoyable time we had having High Tea! Our table was one of the best in the house, our food choices interesting and the matcha tea was yummy. The cafe is quite small which affords it's coziness. All of the staff were friendly, pleasant, and hardworking - we intend to return for another experience, this time wearing fascinators! :-)

We bought the honey sourdough and it was absolutely delicious! Everything looks like a piece of art and the service is awesome, Patrick and Jennie were very welcoming. A must go!
