Verry disappointed me and my friends came from another town at night after dinner just out for paan and and we were on our way to royal paan we left behind Mulani paan just come to the paan and we ask sweet paan and he said we are out of paan leaves. Verry disappoint us paan shop has no paan how ?

Very disappointing experience. The glasses and cutlery we were served were visibly dirty, which is unacceptable and made us uncomfortable right away. On top of that, the staff member assisting us was rude and kept speaking in another language while we were speaking in English. We couldnāt understand what he was saying, and it felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, poor service and lack of basic cleanliness. Would not recommend

If negative stars were possible, this place would get one. I ordered their so-called Royal Falooda, which is supposed to be their specialty, but it was easily the worst falooda Iāve ever had. It was completely bland, and the āice creamā didnāt even taste like real ice cream. I took one sip and threw it out in the garbage right outside the store. This was the biggest waste of money Iāve ever spent. Hours later, my throat still felt awful.
Based on my experience, the Royal Falooda at this Edmonton location doesnāt live up to the franchise name.
