Friendly staff with plenty of suggestions, either from the person on the cash register or around hanging on the walls. I like that. Easier to make choices. Food was yummy. Not too crowded. When we were there. Enough parking space. Clean environment, very happy. Will come back again.
I tried the Amritsari kulcha. It was the best I've had in Edmonton.
Today we tried methi malai paneer , naan, tandoor roti, gajar da halwa. Everything was so delicious . I loved how they managed the spice level and way of serving. Best location to eat Indian food.

Pakwan Indian Cuisine offers delicious food and authentic flavors. Customers praise the fantastic takeaway options and the consistently amazing experience, whether dining in or ordering out. The dishes are packed with rich, authentic flavor and made to perfection, making it a go-to spot for Indian comfort food.
The restaurant features standout dishes like the Fish Tikka, which is a chef's specialty. Popular items include Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken, Garlic & Butter Naan, Chicken Korma, Karahi Paneer, Chicken Biryani, Malai chap, veg samosa, fish pakora, paneer butter masala, and pista barfi. The food is delicious and SO fresh, with details like how hot everything comes out, the butter on top of the gravy, and the little bites of fresh garlic on the hot naan being greatly appreciated.
The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who provide everything with a smile and check in frequently. The prices are affordable, and the food is highly recommended for its authentic taste.
