Unfortunately due to a family emergency we had to leave before our main dishes. Staff were very understanding and had our meals boxed up so we could enjoy them at home. We'll go back and hopefully we can enjoy a full meal experience.

Excellent, as always. Our server suggested ranch instead of blue cheese dressing for our wedge salad, it's the only way now! Steak was sizzling hot and beautiful, everything was fabulous!

Everythign was excellent, the service was very personal and not overbearing, the food was amazing, can there be too much butter, i think not!! you cna tell teh dishes are made in house and they do not skimp on the quality of the ingrediaants. All in all an excellent place for an anniversary or special occassion 1

This was our first visit as it was our 33rd wedding anniversary, and it was amazing from the moment we entered until we left. When we were seated, the table had little hearts of various sizes all over the center of the table. There was a signed anniversary card, and our dessert plate had "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate. The food was on a whole different level. I am 59, and I can honestly say that was the best steak I have had in my life. End-to-end, the experience was truly outstanding.

We four each had a fillet cooked to various temps. We didn't realize, with the sauce covering the first bite or two, what had happened, and we agreed to suck it up. Not a huge deal, but something to think about. Dinner was fantastic.

We had high hopes visiting Ruth's for the first time but found it somewhat disappointing. Everyone enjoyed their steak but none said it was the best ever. I had the chicken and found the skin under-rendered and the meat rubbery. It was also VERY salty. The charred broccolini, brussel sprouts, and asparagus were delicious and the mashed potatoes overly salted. Coffee after dinner was meh, and no refills were offered. The atmosphere on the lower level was unremarkable and lacking adequate ventilation as the butter on the plates caused smoke leading the asthmatic coughing. The service was decent but not great. Part of my order never came and I had to ask for it, one person's coffee cream didn't come and had to ask for it. Overall impression is that the restaurant is over-rated, over-priced for what you get, and it under-delivers. We won't be returning.

The food is consistently excellent. Cooked as we requested, and always delicious. Don provided excellent service and the different courses came at out at the right time. The ambiance is warm and rich. Awesome experience that we expect from Dining at Ruth's Chris.
