Wasnt as good as many previous experiences. Steak was more dry than what we are used to (we order the same each time). Lobster mac and cheese tasted like fake cheese sauce; almost like cheez whiz unfortunately. Service was not as high as standard as other visits. For celebrating 2 birthdays, sitting in the side room downstairs felt forgotten about.
The service was outstanding. They catered my request. Servers were courteous and friendly. Dishes were very good except the 6oz filet was not to my expectation but still good Surely we will recommend the Ruth's to our friends.
Penelope was attentive and wonderful. Made the experience for our guests memorable. She offered a tour of the basement vaults as well as educated us on the history of Ruth's. Thanks to her and the entire staff, always a tier 1 experience. Cheers, Jay
