Make sure to check the expiry of the items! I’ve had two instances where I brought home items just to realize they were expired. The turnover is probably slow so there’s many expired product on shelves.

It says opens at 7am but they wouldn’t start the cashier til 8am. 👎🏻

While ordering a platter, I pointed to the soup, and the lady at the counter said there's no charge for it. I said, Can I have the soup for 3 people? She said yes, but it seems she hesitantly poured the soup into the smallest bowl. Just pouring 100 mL for each.The lady should have announced that their soup is free for just one small gulp. I feel like I'm back in the third world country.

Just wondering why the servers at the GRILL counter appear unhappy with their work. Are they underpaid? Or just need education: customer service?There was a circumstance where the grilled meat was only cut halfway, so I returned to the counter and requested that it be cut, but she seemed upset and questioned who did it. As in, seeking for someone to blame.

Visited this location at the GRILL area and bought grilled pork. But I was disappointed because it seems not fresh; it is tough hard to bite that you'll just spit it out. It is simply a waste of money. Plus, they now charge for plastic plates when you dine in. I will not suggest this place.Better cook your own food at your home to ensure freshness and safety.

I love this spot. Full of Filipino groceries as well as takeout or eat-in food. Great staff and lots of parking. Try it you'll like it.

I loved this place for anything Pinoy. A "disneyland" of all that is Filipino: from the pan de sal to veggies, dry to wet goods etc. To top it all you can have a variety of cooked pinoy delicacies to eat there or take home.

Grilled squid is tasty and size is very generous! Worth visiting!

Way to expensive.
This is why Filipino food will never be as popular as Thai or Vietnamese food. Its always sooooo expensive and over priced.
3 siumais for $6.99? Imagine paying more than $2 for one small dumpling LOOOOL

Staff at the fish section are so nice they bend over backwards to get things done quickly for you all while smiling, it's like you have your own little team for you

Excellent Filipino cuisine and grocery shopping

We bought the speacial LOMI at Crispy town sections. There was a hair inside the bowl. We went up to the counter and showed them the hair in the bowl. The lady said she would replace it with a new one. 5 minutes later we are still waiting, 10 minutes later we are still waiting and went to the counter to check on our order. No one came to us, then finally 20 minutes later we proceeded with trying to get the food again but still nothing. Then finally the lady came with the food, then the lady has the nerve to tell us, you should have gotten my attention. We refused to take the food and she walked away. Did not even offer us a refund. What a horrible service and experience, especially for a food industry! I do not reccomend this place to anyone. Please do not come here if you dont want hair on your food. Otherwise, you will be finding hair on your food everytime you go here and you will not get a refund.
