It's 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon and Google says the Jasper Ave / 103 Street location in Edmonton is closed. We'll, I am enjoying a Paradiso Coffee and a slice of banana bread right now, which are both excellent. Let's update the information, the store claims they have tried.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this café! The coffee and atmosphere were great, but what really stood out was the incredible service. A big thank you to the kind gentleman who ran out after us to return a bag we had accidentally left behind. We truly appreciate your honesty and kindness — it made our day. Highly recommend this place!

Second Cup offers reasonable coffee and good service. I often meet clients at this location, and the manager or owner always remembers their drinks in advance—a thoughtful touch. The shop is consistently clean, and the patio is a great spot in the summer. Conveniently located downtown, and if you’re lucky, you might even find parking out front depending on the time of day.

The guy wearing glasses demanded for tips all the time. Even I order coffee to go he demanded a tip and when I press no tip option his response was “WOW” Absolutely ridiculous

I stopped into the Second Cup this morning to grab a coffee with me wife. Met Vincent at the counter who was awesome. THEN, I saw the sandwiches....and coffee turned into a club sandwish that could easily feed 2 people! And it tasted as amazing as it looked. If you havn't had a chance to try these yet and meet Vincent, I would recommend it!
Great for coffee, horrible for food.The coffee is really good, but I have noticed recently the breakfast food they have has gotten much worse, specifically for me the bagels, used to have a perfect combo of bagel to cream cheese, now its all bread barely and cream cheese. Also seems as though the pre-made sandwiches have much less topings.
