I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I went there to use the washroom and was in urgent need. I begged the staff to help me, saying please help me, but she refused. Her exact words were that I needed to buy something to use the washroom. The lack of empathy and understanding was shocking. I've seen others complain about poor treatment here, but yesterday it happened to me and I ended up crying. I will never wish this experience on my worst enemy. Due to this experience, I will not be returning and will not recommend this location to others. Zero stars.

Has your hours change? Was at your Drive Thru on Saturday waiting since 725am for over 15 minutes. No one answer and realized your store is not open!!!!!!😠

Ordered a (6$ plus tax) iced latte in the drive thru, was given a hot coffee so politely declined and let the barista know I ordered iced, not hot. She proceeded to pour that hot latte into a different cup, added 3… YES THREE ice cubes, handed it to me and closed the drive thru window. Not a single word was said to me she just handed over the steaming hot drink now in a plastic cup and closed the window. Will not be returning to this location and unfortunately I am a customer 3-4 mornings a week. Instead I will stop at the south common location moving forward.

Had the most amazing slice of carrot cake and a honey vanilla tea latte absolute perfection! ❤️ The flavors were spot on, and everything felt so thoughtfully made. The barista was super friendly, I wish I had caught his name! Great vibes all around. Can’t wait to come back!”

I always just do Drive-Thru, and the girl at the window in the mornings is always very sweet!!! (I don't know her name, but usually Thurs, Fri, Sun, and Mon mornings!) Iced Caramel Coretto 100/10 every time 🙏

On a sunny day when no space is available indoor, you can sit outside in the small patio area. A convenient location for meetups and the like. The staff are friendly and attentive. Great coffee with sweets and savouries. Lovely cozy atmosphere inside with a few comfortable cushioned chairs around individual tables. Probably accommodates not more than 20 people at a time. Favourite coffee hideout and meetup for many.

Sorry. Worst one in the city, I try to avoid it now, used to be my favorite. The gals at the counter are so rude nit friendly in the least and sadly unbelievably slow. Napkins are now these cheap white ones. What happened to this place.

2nd cup is so good. The quality of their coffee far better then any competition my drinks actually taste like coffee and not just iced milk like you get from Starbucks. The staff here are wonderful, the owner takes pride in the business he owns.
