I was pleasantly surprised. Second cups have had their challenges over the years, but this one is thriving and was full of patrons. Coffee was great. The chocolate banana muffin hit the spot, and the price was reasonable.

I mean this Second Cup is filthy & rundown. They don’t really have any local competition nearby, so I believe the owner Gus, thinks he can run a shoddy Second Cuo with no concern. The lounge chairs are peeling and have no support in them, when you sit, you sink so low, I’m not sure how a senior gets out of them. The fireplace no longer works & the staff now tell clients it is display only. The store is so cold, left the other day and my nose was frozen. There is dust around the shop and I never see staff wiping anything down, not tables, nothing. And let’s not start on the washroom - vile. I go in to wash my hands & it’s just horrible. Regulars to the shop apparently signed a petition to get the shop cleaned up & renovated and Gus told them NO. I’m not sure how this reflects positively on Second Cup Corporate, but they allow him to run a dirty shop.

This location is full of rude and argumentative employees. It’s a luxury to be able to afford 15$ for two coffees so when a person asks for their drinks to be made properly they shouldn’t be met with hostility. Make the drinks how they’re supposed to be made and don’t argue and give attitude to CUSTOMERS simply asking for the minimum! Outside of the that, the employees simply just aren’t pleasant or welcoming. Not a great experience for your money

The place was decent enough. But, when I went with a friend on Sunday evening, who’s on crutches, the girl who was working behind the counter seemed to have a bit of a bad attitude. She was sitting on the counter when we were done ordering our coffees. Then, when my friend needed to use the washroom, she politely asked the girl to buzz her in. She didn't hold the button long enough for my friend to access the washroom. When my friend asked if she could hold the button long enough for her to access the washroom, she sighed annoyingly and said, with a bit of attitude, “fine.” Hopefully, someone can show this girl how to improve her customer service skills.

I don't know what happened to this location. It has gone down hill. Went there today (July 19). It was a busy afternoon. The 2 young girls were joking and talking and making drinks Soo slowly. You could tell one wasn't properly trained. Waited 15 mins for an iced coffee. She made another person's drinks first and he was behind me. Then she asked me again what I ordered. 5 mins later proceeded to give me the most disgusting coconut foam cold brew that tastes like sugar instead of coffee.
Second cup you just lost a ten year customer. Get some proper training at this location. Trash. 5$ is nothing but still a waste knowing it went to these people.

I've had consistently positive experiences here, with my drinks always coming out near perfection.
While there have been a few instances of less-than-ideal service from 1 or 2 employees, it's important to prioritize customer service and address any valid complaints promptly.
You can enjoy a refreshing change from the usual coffee shop scene. The warm ambiance and friendly staff (from my experience) create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience.
After all, a great cup of coffee can truly brighten someone's day.
Parking: About 15 shared spots between other adjacent businesses
I love Second Cup and the caramel corettos they have there. No where else makes caramel drinks as good as Second Cup!

Extremely frustrating experience! 2 days in a row now! The first day i ordered a sesame seed bagel toasted with butter, got to work and realized they had given me one that was not toasted and had cream cheese on it. Drove back to get the correct one. (Which i shouldn’t have to). Today i got the same bagel but it is rock hard that you cannot even break it or bite into it. (Not sure how they didnt notice it when they were putting butter on it) I wanted to attach a video but it wont let me. Not sure how you mess up a pretty simple order when there are no other cars in the drive thru. Seems like they didnt even cook the bagel properly to begin with. Customers are paying money to get these items. It is ridiculous that you cannot get a simple order right. I shouldnt have to come back every time to get my correct order. Would give zero stars if i could.
