The workers aren’t friendly, and the latte I ordered tasted burnt and bitter. I took one sip and had to throw it out, absolutely awful. Won’t be back.
I really like second cup, Mikhael is my favourite barista, the others are also great! the atmosphere is very welcoming and positive. love coming here

i love coming here! i usually go in the evenings and this one girl, i don’t know her name but she memorized my order and makes it perfect everytime. her positive attitude and bright smile truly makes my day. keep it up!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Second Cup location. The staff were extremely rude during my visit, I was met with eye-rolling, unprofessional language, and a generally dismissive attitude. My order was also made incorrectly, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the employees refused to remake it and responded in a very disrespectful way. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable and shocked by how poorly I was treated. I hope the management addresses this, because this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Came in 30 minutes to closing, only to be met by a staff member who rolled their eyes, and seemed less than happy we entered. No greeting at the register at all, and body language was less than welcoming. Will not return to this location.

Came here to get myself a candy cane hot chocolate(my favourite drink for this time of year and look forward to it every year) as well as the mix to the candy cane hot chocolate and original hot chocolate. The girl working rang the items through and it came up at a different price than what was in the website. I told her the price was different online. She then told me to order it online even though I made the effort to physically go to the store and wouldn’t price adjust to honour the online price. When I told her I didn’t understand why I couldn’t get the online price she went on to say, “sorry, I only work here.” Talk about minimum wage, minimum effort. Not sure how she got hired in a customer service industry if this is how she handles customers. Very poor experience and poor training of staff. As I agreed to not pay the additional cost and just get my drink, her and her coworker made looks at each other in front of me. Even more disrespectful.

I love second cup. I am a regular customer. But the disrespect and lack of humility displayed by Gena is beyond me. I have never experienced this rude behaviour. She made up a policy all on her own! And the worst part is that I came here a few days ago and they did my pumpkin frosho so poorly it tasted like water. I will never come back to this location. So many others that do it better. Mina, do better!

Whenever I come to this location, they never have dates for the almond date with Flax Smoothie, and there's so much leftover ice in my green mango boost smoothie. Tried asking for half-sweetened and got denied get every other location does it.It's disappointing knowing its At least 7$ for a smoothie..
Please train your staff how to make a matcha latte. Is it very simple! A nice steam milk with matcha powder. If you dislike your job so much. Please quit. I have to pay $7 for my drink.

We have been getting the same drink (Caramel Frappe) for about 3 years or so now. Within the last 6-8 months the quality of these drinks have take a sharp decline. No flavor at all and even adding an extra shot of espresso doesn't help. Time to smarten up there Second Cup cause there are LOTS of other places here that make the same type of drink for the same kind of money and they will now get all of our business.....

Front counter attendants are lowkey rude and shady. Was not friendly at all. We had a bit of misunderstanding with using the washroom and she responded with attitude. I simply asked if it was open.

I had a really disappointing experience this morning. I placed a simple order, but it was messed up, and when I kindly pointed it out, the staff member (a woman working at the counter) responded with unnecessary attitude and was extremely rude. her behaviour was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It genuinely ruined my morning.
If this is the kind of customer service they offer, I don’t plan on returning. Staff like this reflect poorly on the whole business. Management seriously needs to address this, no one deserves to be treated this way.
