We stop here every so often and always have the same person helping us. Kate is a fantastic employee who makes our drinks perfect every time and is always friendly and positive. Her energy is fantastic for your customer base and she honestly deserves a raise or promotion. More people like Kate need to be around these days. She gives 10/10 service every single time. Pros:- Predictable Second Cup- WiFi works- Not crowded when I was there- Friendly baristaCons:- Location was under staffed (literally one person)- A bit run down- Chairs quite loud when moved on the floorIn summary, my visit was nothing remarkable but I got exactly what I wanted so no problems and I would go back.The location was being run by one person which was ok since I came at a slow time but if even 3 people walked in it would have made for a much slower experience. BEST COFFEE SHOP AND WORKERS EVER!!! This one girl, young works there she’s so nice! She starts conversations and it’s fun to talk and know there is still nice people in the world. Everything is up to date, drinks food are amazing.
