Went here with my girlfriend on a Thursday night. Walking in there were several big parties and it seemed that there was only one server. She seemed very stressed which was understandable all things considered. We got drinks and ordered food, shortly afterwards I went to the bathroom. Right before I got there I saw a mouse run out of the kitchen. I immediately went back and informed my girlfriend. Both of us agreed this left a very bad taste in our mouth and we decided it would be best if we left. We will not be going back.

Had dinner here don’t order the blackened chicken sandwich as it’s pretty much all bread. The soup had a thick layer of oil on it upon bringing it up with the waitress she was argumentative. Won’t be going back.
I wasn’t even given time to express that I was dissatisfied she asked my husband and walked away am I supposed to chase her down? It’s not my job to take my awful food to the bar it’s her job to check.
She could have easily checked my plate which had an untouched soup because it had so much oil on it and was inedible. And the chicken between 2 pieces of bread was as big as the small palm of my hand. It’s a shame when you can only have a few bites of a sandwich because it’s all bread.
Maybe serving a bigger piece of chicken so it’s not all bread should be looked into.
It’s not spreading false information either it’s called providing a review of my experience had it been a good one you would have a received a good one but that was not the case.Thank you for showing you’re just as argumentative with your reply.

Absolutely appalled that they served food like this. This was a customer recommendation and I was unable to take a picture. I had the Rueben and upgraded to sweet potato fries. The Rueben was on regular brown bread not rye like it should be. There was maybe 4 slices of meat and processed white cheese. The outside of the bread was stale and I had to tear off the crust. Also barely any sauerkraut. Just sad. The sweet potato fries were a $3 upcharge and I got maybe 15 fries. Just a sad meal in an old establishment where I didn’t want to touch anything. My customer had the ham and cheese which looked just as sad as my Rueben. Can I get my money back?

Stopped in for lunch while we waited for some phone calls the other day. It was slower, but service was excellent. Pub is a nice layout and had good specials. They played great music and the food was decent. Server Chrissy was very personable… I’ll definitely return when visiting Edmonton next.
