My coworker ordered online for me (my first time using starbucks) and picked it up. I had selected a hot chocolate and specifically marked no mocha since I’m allergic to coffee. Instead of making a proper hot chocolate, they handed over a cup of hot milk. When we called to ask what happened, we were told that “mocha isn’t coffee, it’s dark chocolate.” A quick search shows that mocha is espresso mixed with chocolate.
If you’re not going to use the correct terms, people like me can end up paying for nothing more than overpriced hot milk. I actually had to add my own chocolate powder (from Tim Hortons) that I keep in my work drawer just to make it drinkable.
Overall, not happy with the experience—especially with the dismissive, borderline gaslighting response over the phone. NOT WORTH MY TIME OR MONEY.

The girl who helped me was amazing. I wish I knew her name. But she’s Very pretty and is blonde. Her hair was In a poney tail or bun. I’m lactose intolerant and I’m working so I was trying to figure out a drink that wouldn’t make me sick. It was all over the place and she was very patient with me and helped me decide what to get and was very kind. She’s an amazing employee and deserves the best tips.

I asked for a tall coffee, and the Asian girl took so long to deliver with one customer in the drive thru and then delivered a dark grande coffee after so long. Didn't even try to be apologetic and instead was Very Rude .haven't had this kind of Starbucks experience ever. was taking coffee everyday from here.

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte and muffin in drive through. The drink didn't taste like it was a pumpkin spice latte and it was just a latte plain. Please check your order before giving items out. Not a happy customer 😒
