Beware! Baristas will literally scam you if you’re not careful!
I’m in DT in a rush. Scan my card and my debit without looking at the total on the debit machine.
As I get back to work think 7 dollars sounds kind of expensive..did they screw up or something, like maybe they added an extra shot or something and honestly assumed I was the one who made a mistake.
I go on my app. She legit put a dollar tip on the machine for herself before handing it to me!
Wtf? That is so wrong and literally stealing. Shady and entitled…
I do tip my baristas when I can, but I feel taken advantage of and will legit never go to this store again and warn my friends of this too.

I come here quite a bit. The drive through was a bit different the lady I was speaking to on the intercom seemed like she had a language barrier. I was standing there for five minutes repeating my one order, kind of annoying to deal with this it will be nice if you guys can hire students or individuals who speak and understand proper English.

i was with my cousin and ordered through my app
he mistakenly forgot to stop at speaker and went directly to window. I apologies to lady and she seems angry as if i commit a crime. she didn’t even said a word after that and behaved very rudely. i understand their drive thru time and stuff but my order was simple and i pre order so didn’t take much time. It was 7 in the morning but not a good start of my day. I was very upset thinking of this experience with starbucks. This was my first time hope it never happens to me again

Seriously, we go in here all the time. But this time was different. I got my 12 year old to order and she noticeably had anxiety, but Anton helped her through it and encouraged her to continue and that she did a great job.
I will continue to go to this location now because of Anton. It is hard to find good customer service these days!

I drove there on a way to my client’s site.This is a filthy place with rude and incompetent staff. You can see puddles of milk and syrup all over the counter. Explicitly hateful employees purposefully ignore customers’ and their requests for tray or napkins or milk.Further, Starbucks staff do not bother calling customers’ name and just leave ordered beverages on a counter so the customers have to look for their orders touching other people’s drinks.Dust bunnies and hair are all over the floor. The worst part was observing the employees preparing bagels with cream cheese. None of them wear gloves. Long sleeves of the dirty sweater and greasy long hair shake all over the food. Bon appetit!
Parking: There is McDonald’s next to this place. So save your money and go there if you need coffee.
