This Starbucks Coffee Company is a busy location in Commerce Place downtown, with lots of staff on hand to keep the line moving and the coffee coming out quickly. The baristas are always welcoming and friendly, remembering regular customers and paying attention to little details. One barista (Leila) provided excellent service with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The service is consistently great, with orders never messed up and mobile orders ready in 3 minutes. The Roasted Coconut Cold Brew with extra cream and the Chai Tea Latte are perfectly made with care. However, there is a need for a better balance between mobile and in-person orders, as one customer waited over 10 minutes for a London Fog while mobile orders piled up. It is an expensive coffee place, but the quality is very constant. Vegetarian options are available, and the location is wheelchair accessible. Everyone is welcome here.
