Like most businesses, this location isn’t mistake free BUT unlike a lot of businesses, they’re apologetic, make sure they make it right and often in more ways than they need to. The staff are also generally great and, overall, we’re thankful that this location is our local one.

This is my go to Starbucks and the workers are incredibly friendly and personable which I love! However, I am noticing that the drinks are becoming increasingly more “cheap” for the price you pay. Many drinks I’ve gotten have not been filled to the top or are 80% ice despite asking light ice. The attached photo was just a tall plain matcha latte no cold foam but as you can see only half of it is filled with the actual drink and the rest is just the foamy residue from shaking...
