Very disappointing customer service. I placed an online order for two footlong subs, but the employee didn’t greet or acknowledge me, didn’t ask if I was there for pickup, and even served a walk-in customer before me while I was waiting. She also didn’t ask if I needed a bag for my order. This is my second bad experience at this location. A smile and basic customer service go a long way. Sorry, it was not the best, nor the friendliest or welcoming or the most efficient service I've had in comparison to other Subways. The vibe I received from the elderly gentleman was that I was interrupting his day and was an irritant.
The freshness of the vegetables was also questionable.
I don't think I'll be going back to this location.
