I always have a great time here, especially with one of your baristas, Rise (I believe that's her name?). She's always very cheerful and a delight to be around! That is exactly the kind of enthusiasm that should be cherished! Thank you, Rise, and Starbucks for my daily Pike!
As always there was a long queue. Service was really fast and I was assisted by Dianna and Rise. They were very friendly. You can tell that they love what they are doing.
I had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks Ice Palace! Rise was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive while taking my order and making my drink. She made me feel like more than just another customer, her warm personality and genuine care made the service feel extra special.
