Great location...they always get my order right & it's not that complicated! Lol
They need new management. The manager held up the line for 15 mins arguing with a woman AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW. And when I finally got my drink, you can tell the espresso had been sitting out that entire time because it's nasty and bitter.
They really need to start hiring some people who know how to do their job.
It's not rocket science.
I have never had a problem until today. I ordered a hot chocolate and a latte. I recieved my hot chocolate about 5 mins after Reaching the window. I waited another 10 and they told me to pull around and wait for them to bring my latte to my car. I went through drive thru as I had a sleeling baby in the car. I see The guy come out and I honked but he went back inside. So I went through drive thru again. I asked for a refund as now its been 30 mins. I waited another 5 for a shift...read full review
