The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, even when it’s clearly busy. You can tell they’re working hard and still make an effort to smile and get orders right. My drinks have consistently been made well (and actually look like the pictures), and if there’s ever a small delay, they communicate it instead of just ignoring you.
