The baristas are very nice people - but that's about the only positive thing I have to say. They've made almost every drink I've ever ordered wrong. The only drink they've made right for me besides water is an iced chai. But how hard is it to make a drink that has nothing but chai syrup and milk? Happy that we have a Starbucks on campus, but the baristas can be super rude sometimes and the wait time is unbelievable. There’s no consistency about whether or not we can pay with the app. I’ve paid with the app sometimes, but I feel like it depends on the barista.

As a former barista, I can understand the stress this Starbucks is always put under, but these guys need better training. I ordered my iced drink and it physically looked wrong. I kindly asked for what I actually wanted, and instead of the barista remaking it, she just scooped out what I didn't like then topped it off with what I did ask for.
