This place is terrible for listening. They constantly give people the wrong name. They also have a penchant for giving out the incorrect orders. However they are very kind and accommodating if you tell them that they have a mistake.

Ever since Iran started working here, it has become my favorite Starbucks shop. She and all the staff working for her are wonderful people who work hard and fast and make sure you are happy as a customer. Genuinely lovely people. As long as the staff remain this good, I highly recommend this place.
