Starbucks' services are similar to any other chain establishment, unfortunately not always consistent. I had a mobile order stolen (mistake?!) at the Banff location, and they immediately replaced it; that's another 10 mins wait when you are in a rush. Today at the WEM location, first they forgot (missed?) the order, then they made the matcha-green-tea latte with regular milk instead of almond milk; I knew it tasted off; rushing prevented me from returning to the store to replace...read full review
The employees in this location were so friendly. They were upbeat and energetic, they were also so very friendly. I asked for a suggestion for my coffee and it was perfect. Thank you for making my Monday!! This Starbucks team in CHAPTERS WEM were so awesome together. Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
